Where do I begin with Sunnie! We were referred to her, through a close friend and I am so pleased with the outcome of Sunnies Services! She was always reachable through every step of the process and answered all questions that came up. As well as being completely transparent on said options that were presented to us. Sunnie Baltes is a FANTASTIC lender! I had the opportunity to work with her on a real estate transaction last month. This being our first time working together, I was a little nervous. After my first conversation with Sunnie, I knew she was the real deal. She's very educated, efficient, and kind. She closed the transaction on time without any issues. Sunnie has been amazing!! From the start of buying a house to the very end. I found Sunnie before I was ever for sure about buying, I had a lot of questions and clueless to the process as it was my first time. Sunnie jumped on a call with me for the an hour and helped answer all my questions and helped me develop a plan of action. After a few months we were ready to get started. She got us pre-approved and set up with the best realtor! When I found my perfect home Sunnie stayed up with me until the late hours ensure we could go above our budget a bit and stay within a great price.
