Do not buy from this company.. just like everyone else I received terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered and they are not answering any phones or emails in order to resolve the issue. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have been trying to contact Sunjoy via telephone, e-mail and website and it seems that they have no good customer service. I was chatting with the supposed customer service and after I placed my complain a pop sign comes up that states : We have not here from you in a while. Are you still there? just few seconds from there message or my message until they closed the chat. Recently I purchased a Mosquito Netting from Sunjoyonline.com for my Sunjoy G***** purchased at Big Lots US and the netting is too short between the structure poles to fit my G*****. .The picture they sent is exactly how my G***** looks like but the netting is not not a fit for it. I was trying to find out how can I return it and receive the correct netting, but it has been a time waste and they do not even have a return label or instruction at least to help the customer. They asked me for a customer number when they have not assigned one to me. Of course, they do not find my information in their system and ask me to contact the store I purchased the G***** who has nothing to do with the purchase of the netting. I am very disappointed.

Purchased an item from WalMart that's manufactured by Sunjoy. Upon receiving item I noticed several major dents in the support legs that will compromise the integrity of the item's stability, On the assembly instructions, I called the manufacture Sunjoyonline.com and request a replacement of the damaged pieces. I was given a customer reference number and they will send an email to me to give them details and pictures of the damaged items. I didn't receive the email. Contacted the company three more time and told they would send email, no emails were ever received. Prices of their items are less costly then other manufactures but in the long run, dealing with this company is NOT worth the amount of money I saved.

I had the worst experience buying a replacement canopy... First the quality of the canopy is not very strong, second the color is not the same as the picture, it is actually very dark, (dark brown) instead of beige as in the picture and third when I tried to contact customer service, I had to wait almost one hour in each call to speak with outsourced foreign customer service reps who were unable to help or provide a clear solution... very disappointing, finally after three calls and several emails without an answer, I had to send the canopy back to the company paying $57 dollars of shipping from my pocket, hoping that the company will refund $75 dollars after discounting 15% of the canopy price to restock it! My advice to everybody: don’t buy anything from this company if you don’t want to lose your time and money.

This company is the worst in Customer Service. After they agree to the warranty and 49 emails later they deny everything they said. Worst company ever. Stay away.

I purchased a Sunjoy gazebo and. after owning it for 3 months, 4 parts on the main frame bent. I contacted the company and was told the parts are not in stock. I was instructed to keep calling back periodically to see if the parts have come in. I have since placed a call 10 times in the last year, and am still being told they do not have the parts in stock. I was also told I would receive a call back from a supervisor the last last (4) times I've talked to them. I have not receive one follow up call. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Retailers would do themselves and their customers a great service if they no longer carried or sold Sunjoy products. Please know the only reason why this company got one start is because I couldn't give them zero!

The very worst customer service. Like several complaints reviewed on Google and on BBB, our issue is the non-receipt of warranty parts. Original claim, July 2020, was filed correctly, all paperwork requested was furnished completely and claim filed with-in time constraints. Placed a call today to customer service, of which there is only one number to call, placed on hold for over ten minutes. The representative that did answer the call had a voice that sounded very garbled, poor transmission. She claimed she could not hear me. I was put on hold, the same rep answered after the second hold and she was able to hear me. Same rep, sounded very slurred, slow in speech, asked why I wanted to speak to another rep when I stated I could not understand her. Very frustrating experience and I can see from other complaints that I am not alone. I will be reporting this horrible experience to Lowe's so that they are aware of the poor service with the product they sell.

We had a bad storm come through and rip off most of our Gazebo in the center. We called on Nov. 7. Sent all of the photos and updated the warranty. We have been calling and emailing continually for over a month to no avail. Still no parts. No verification of shipping. I finally got someone on the phone today and she said I would hear something back in 48 hours. That is what we have been told every single time and we never hear back from anyone. I suspect this is a stalling tactic to ensure that the warranty runs out before the process and ship the products.

Warnig!!! I bought a 12 x 12 Gazebo and within a few months, had tears all over, including the screens. Contacted the company for warranty parts and was never notified after submission of approval. I contacted company again weeks later and was told I was approved for warranty but parts are ‘being manufactured’ in China and could take 2-3 months or longer. The company will not replace the whole unit because they only sell ‘parts’ which is not true per their website.

Bought a Gazebo from them in April and within a few months there were tears all over, including the netting. I called the company and filed for a warranty for the replacement canopy and netting. Received email that they got my submission and I had to wait for approval. Weeks later I had to contact them again only to be told the warranty was approved but the parts are ‘being manufactured’ in China and they don’t have an ETA on a ship date. I asked about sending another complete unit (Any 12 x 12) instead but was told they cannot do that as they only supply to ‘retailers’ even though I can go onto their website today and purchase one from them directly. In addition Jade told me I can go onto Amazon and purchase it again! Absolutely no customer service or communication with this company.

We ordered a replacement gazebo canopy in March of 2020 after ours shredded in the last wind storm. It is now mid-October and we are still waiting to get the replacement. I've tried everything, and it's super frustrating. I just tried again by calling, and a very nice representative told me the same thing I'd been told over and over: "I'll check the availability and get back to you in two business days." IMPORTANT: In the past several years, we have twice had to replace the mosquito netting (walls) of the gazebo due to our wear and tear. We had NO ISSUES with those orders - in fact, it was VERY GOOD customer service. I don't know what happened, but it's either that the pandemic has just taken this business out or there's something else going on. It's like dealing with a completely different company than before. IF we get our gazebo top, I'll update this review. We're giving them this one last chance before we scrap the whole project.
