Such a quick and efficient place to get my car washed. I love that they have strong vacuums, little damp towel to wipe down the inside of your car, and cleaning stations. Ali is the best employee they have, as he always goes above and beyond for customers when I had a bit of an issue with my new car license being recognized by their system. See you soon Suds Bros and thanks for helping keep my car clean all the time!

I have a membership and This is the 2nd time I've drove up and they told me my membership wasn't active because they couldn't draft my monthly fee, I showed the person in the office my account and there was $$ in my account and all they can say idk, idk.
I asked to speak to the manager and he's wasn't in and he handed me a card, I don't want to speak with someone over the phone I'd like to talk to someone in person.
Very poor customer service ?
The only reason I got the membership again is because my husband likes the rollers, if it were for me I'd go to somewhere else..
In a couple of months this is going to haven again..
And suds brothers please don't say you're sorry and take care of the problem from your end because apparently your system don't work.

Very diapointed in the carwash. My car was NOT clean. There is a GREAT carwash a block in a half away next to Home Depot. The price is better the wash is better and friendly service.

Good drive-through car wash.
Cleans my car and vacuums are strong.
They also have air hoses at every vacuum bay to blast dust out of hard to reach places.
If you order the top dog wash, you get a microfiber towel, window cleaning wipe and air freshener.
They also have towels available for use and floor mat washers as well.

Cars are moved through the wash on a conveyor. No scratching of tires or rims. Vacuum and air included.

Wash is good , but how does top dog service not receive free dash wipes? Lower tiers I understand but if you're paying top dollar shouldn't you receive top dollar amenities?

This review is for the basic $8 service which entailed the presoak, bug prep, rim and wheel cleaner, soap, drying agent, and a rinse (according to their website).
I desperately needed a car wash so I went to Suds for the first time, seemed like a good choice based on the reviews. Also seems like it’s only a good choice if you pay for the top service or monthly service.
I would say my Mazda SUV is at least a mid-sized SUV and yet it barely got touched by any of the brushes, especially on the passenger side. I also don’t recall seeing any soap being sprayed onto my car. I was embarrassed driving out of the car wash because my car looked worse than when it came in, at least before it was uniformly dirty. Isn’t a car wash at its core purpose supposed to wash your car, even at the basic service? I have attached pictures of what my car windows look like AFTER going through the car wash. Overall, not impressed.

This was a nice place. I have an F 250 and this is a big truck. Subs Brothers has an easy turn radius into the wash and great exit out. This has been a problem of mine but not here. This is peace of mind that I will have space to turn. The vacuum was wonderful and detail cart was a surprise for me. I will have give a great review to my friends about this place especially because the truck capacity. Thanks for thinking about the big trucks.

This is a great place to come when you need to keep clean up your car. During the winter of 2023 when the San bernardino mountains had a blizzard Suz Brothers were kind enough to offer up free car washes once those of us were trapped on the mountain we’re finally able to make it off. Alli in the main office is beyond kind, I highly recommend this place.
