This is my 4th unit here, I have 3 currently, had 2 units same company in Rancho Cucamonga previously. Very easy rental process, facility very clean and secure, I can send my wife there at night and not worry. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable

The property managers, Del and Pam did a great job hosting us during our Storage needs. The facility is top-notch, clean and secure. I would highly recommend Store-n-Lock, Mentone for any storage needs.

I feel safe and comfortable. On hot days they give you a complimentary cold water bottle. The office staff is very friendly.

So far this place has been exceptional. It was easy signing up and moving in, I also feel really confident about the security and surveillance at the site. The units are clean as well, the whole lot is actually!

Prices way thigh for units after doing a comparison later on.
They will not work with a disabled Veteran to help disabled Veteran (me) to even help lower prices temporary to make sure I can keep roof over my head and food for just a few months while I recover from surgery.
Now being of no assistance into moving into a smaller unit there, that I was initially quoted a lower price I could afford then increasing to something I couldn't.
I very rarely throw out the " Disabled Veteran" since I'm embarrassed to use it, but in this case I needed to until injury healed....and got nothing from them.
So if you support you troops..avoid. There are less expensive places who I imagine might work with a Disabled Veteran.

This is our second rental. Both Pam
And Del are very good at their jobs and know their business and their facility. We feel very safe storing our precious treasures there because of their vigilance in keeping the compound a safe place. They’re very friendly and remember you when you show up or call. I can’t say enough good things.

This storage facility is top shelf. The site is clean and appears to be well maintained. The position and coverage of the cameras are reasons to be very confident that my RV and the stuff I have in a locker are secure. Signing up is a breeze. Pam is very efficient and professional.

The gentleman who helped me was great! Also the lady I spoke to in setting up the reservation was very accommodating, held the unit longer than normal, and let me schedule a day the following week to finish the paperwork.
My only grievance is that the 5'x5' units are closer to 4'x4' usable. Maybe there is some variation among the bunch but you pay the same regardless.
That said, it is a very clean facility with lots of security. Very nice quality units with steel walls not drywalling like the others.
