“What a fantastic experience. We had to get a certain shoe for an event and when I shopped on the Nike website I found that the shoes were available in the Redlands store. Rather than shipping and possibly waiting to find out that they were either the wrong size or there was another issue I figured we'd just go in.
I was largely unprepared for the fact that this was a factory store. I think honestly I was slightly taken aback that it looked kind of like a Payless. It was swamped inside too!
Once we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman that welcomed us to the store. We walked around for a few minutes trying to find this specific shoe but was unable to. I just so happened to see that same man and asked him if he had the shoes. He immediately knew what I was talking about and asked me if I would prefer the standard or if B Grade was acceptable. He then explained that B grade shoes often had very subtle flaws that were not obvious to them , but carried a 10% off price tag!
We went up and paid and I was also reminded that if we were unhappy with the shoes, we had 60 days to return or exchange.
Phenomenal experience from top to bottom. Friendly staff, the right product, and a location relatively close to home.
Don't get five star reviews out much because companies really have to spend time to earn them but I really like the way that we were treated in the store.”
