If you come to this location ask for Leena and if she is available I promise you will not be disappointed with her service. She was extremely patient with me as I switched from an android phone to an iPhone and if you know YOU KNOW lol. All the staff are as great but I have to honestly say LEENA WAS THE GREATEST!!!

After many years with ATT, my wife and
I went to the Redlands, CA store to change our internet and mobile service to Spectrum. We also purchased new phones. The entire process took over 1 1/2 hours. All of the employees that we dealt with had an "I really don't care" attitude. We are senior citizens and I admit that our technical knowledge is sometimes lacking. Every technical question that we asked was met with somewhat abrupt answers, and a "You should already know that" attitude. A few short weeks later, we decided to purchase smart watches. We were met with the same attitude and lack of helpfulness. Does Spectrum understand that customers are the reason that they stay in business. Spectrum seriously needs to train and require that their employees make customers feel welcome. "A serious attitude adjustment is in order"!!!

Just left today after purchasing new iPhone 15. The guy couldn’t be bothered to help. Took my card and said changing info to new phone was self explanatory. It isn’t. I Miss Yucaipa spectrum store! Smart and helpful staff! We may leave spectrum.

There internet service went up over $50 in a three month period. They did not provide anything new. Seniors are on a fixed budget. Wife dropped them and got another provider for half the cost. And being locked in for a fixed price got two years, Good bye to spectrum more people should drop their service. Do not use this internet provider.

I have a complaint on the training of store employees or may I say lack of training. Danielle of Redlands was smug arrogant and condescending. She should not be working customer service.

Service was a bit slow. Unless you don't see the little sign to self check in you will never be called. The employees saw me standing there and didn't tell me to check I'm. A customer told me.

I just left cell service with Verizon after many years and am happily now using Spectrum. With the help of Danielle, I switched 2 phones to unlimited plans with Spectrum. The cost saving from Verizon's inflated price structure was significant! Also, I initially tried to get a better deal from Verizon, and they were not helpful and had nothing to offer to keep my continued business.Danielle was able to get the phones unlocked and transferred to Spectrum quickly and efficiently in just a few minutes! Also, I asked if she could check my Spectrum Internet/cable account for any way that I could save a little on monthly expenses, and she found a way to save $24 more every month for me! Thank you, Danielle, for your friendly, professional, and efficient assistance today!
