I’ve been here multiple times, and I am constantly met with kindness. Today I was assisted by Anthony and you can see how much of an expert he really is when it comes to this stuff. Customer service is important to me, so when I am met with patience and understanding, I appreciate that. He was forthcoming with the information as I was completely naive to what I needed and I hope he and the other workers continue to show that in their work and positivity. 10/10 will come again

A lot of people seem to give this place a bad review. Though their prices can be a bit steep. Their customer service has always been what brings me back. If you want to browse all their pieces of glass. They won't make you feel uncomfortable doing so. Just let them know what you wanna take a closer look at. And they show you. I do wish they sold the large 16 oz bags of pipe tobacco. Golden Harvest . If they did? I wouldnt have to go to another smoke shop who could learn a few things from these guys about customer service. They have helped me with bringing my 2ft hand blown water bong from my college years in Humboldt back to life with a down stem and glass bowl. Kind of glass thats hard to fine these days. They have also gotten me hip to the new methods of dabbing and all things related to nails and electric heating coils. I was shocked to have leaned how much things have changed from my youth. If all these crazy things and methods were around when i was in school, it's pretty safe to say i probably wouldn't have graduated. Not on time at least. Anyways. I like this store. Their staff have always been personable and know their products. Easy and fast service and will take the time if needed. And to me.. thats worth the slightly higher prices. Which i think have gotten better . Might be new owner or something but regardless the service has always been why i have been a loyal customer. That being said , i think i will be puff n up right now.

I know absolutely nothing about vapes. The guy who helped me is awesome. He was patient and understanding with me, answered all my questions, explained everything in great detail, and I left knowing more than I knew to begin with, which was nothing ?

Great shop and they have really upped their glass game in the last year or two. The quality and selection gets better every time I visit. Picked up a couple of pieces from local artist. Beautiful work and love to support locals!
