Great store, both Reggie and Jenice were very helpful and easygoing. I ended up buying more than I intended but the products have been much more useful than I expected so I don't feel remotely upsold. They listen to their customers and help them find what's right for them!

Posting a secondary review since I processed a replacement since they DIDN'T HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY. This time I'm giving 3 instead of 1 just because I kept the bed due to your lack of refund policy.Short story: My new mattress is better. I went back to the store myself to do the exchange because their customer service sucks. I had a list of beds to look at, asked sales to let me see it and test for a while before I made a decision. This time I didn't let sales direct me. I looked around myself.They picked up the old mattress (complained to Mike -sales person about the stich that lasted since I bought it 1-2 months ago - he said it's the smell of "new" beds. You can take that however you want but I'm glad I returned it).During pick up - they were so strict about any dirt imprint on bed when the bed was barely used as it sat in an RV with mattress protector. They did accept it in the end but putting the customer as that stress at every level of transacting with this company is just horrendous experience. Oh and the excuse of the people who picked it up - they are just contractors so I'll have to raise concerns to customer service - but I mean for what. Their customer service sucks. Don't waste your time.Just wish there are more options, it feels like the company prey on he lack of competition or availability of options. PRO: you can go back and see if they'll make a deal to help you - but this is at the mercy of whoever is working there.To me it's subjective and it puts the customer at the mercy of the sales people.Overall, I'll be a while before I can be convinced to purchase anything else from this company if I can find other options. I'll take more time next time.

I'm very sorry to say that the second visit to the Redlands store was completely opposite of my first visit. I was helped by a new hire evidently, as he required help from his coworker. That was absolutely fine with me. I, a 75+ yr old Black lady, was being patient, even though I had an appt. to be at after this stop (I didn't mention it, because I didn't want to make him nervous), He was getting help from "Mateo" and I everything was progressing in an okay manner and speed, until an older White man walked in and spoke to "Mateo". He immediately stopped helping with my order and give his full attention to the man. I asked him if he would please finish with me first, and he gave no answer, or indication that he even heard me. I asked again - no response. Perhaps working with the Public, which includes ALL types of people, is the best fit for him. My experience on the phone and with the Redlands store manager, the delivery/installation crew had been a a 10 out of 10 experience. But it only takes one bad apple! I have to go back to the store to exchange something, and now I'm treading it.

Just purchased a bed and I'm super unhappy with the bed itself and the customer service after the fact. All they cared about was making the sell and nothing else.

Great experience! We were replacing an older model Sleep Number and our salesperson, Matthew, was helpful and attentive. Helped us pick the exact product that worked for us, no oversell. Definitely recommend the product, the store and Matthew!

Very knowledgeable salesman. Low pressure. Beds are expensive but if you want good sleep I'm hopeful it's worth the money. My wife and I will find out in a month or so.

After owning and sleeping on sleep number beds since 2005, I consider myself an expert in these products. I'm late 2021 we decided to give our original bed to our grandparent and buy a new bed. While it may sound like I'm a commercial for Sleep Number, I'm not. These products are the best on the market. The only thing is, the company does not do a real good job demonstrating and explain how the beds work in order to receive a decent nights rest. Until our recent visit back to the Redlands store, that statement was accurate. Then, we meant sleep professional, Mateo Roybal. An amazing individual well trained in the products he sells. He helped us resolve an ongoing issues with our new bed. Thanks Mateo.
