Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. The man who schedules the clinicians is rude and condescending. The clinician BRAD that was sent to measure my wrist for pregnancy induced carpal tunnel was almost an hour late and told me that he was sorry if I felt Inconvenienced , which was rude and condescending too . It's been a week since he came out here , and even though I begged him to submit my order as urgent , he still has not put it in. It's been a month and a half since my dr prescribed these wrist guards and I still don't have ones that fit me . I just asked their 714 phone number , spent 45 minutes on phone with Stephanie trying to get a manager to speak to me , I got disconnected and no one has called me back even . They couldn’t care less about you here .

I've had DME equipment delivered by other companies before and I don't know if it was because of the handsome technician that came to deliver but he offered excellent service.His name was Moises.Martinez made me Feel comfortable.
And explain all of the equipment to me

Moises Martinez from the San Bernardino location delivered our equipment. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, with the best customer service. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service and get us the right equipment. Very pleased with the service.

Trash communication protocols, customer service is severely lacking, etc. Unfortunately my insurance provider uses them and it’s been terrible.

It is hard to get through to this company!
You may give up after being on hold for too long like I have. They get a zero for poor communications.
The technician Ken is a great guy. He explained the process for the repairs of my electric cart etc. I give him a '5'
It's really frustrating that my insurance company gives only this option when I was originally given the option of Access Medical and they are the ones that originally sold me the cart. It's was easier to get a hold of them.

Not sure why there are only bad reviews on this page. I was just introduced to this company as my new DME thru my insurance, I was hesitant because I wasn’t familiar with them. I must say they’re great. I’m a manual wheelchair user and just received several new repairs to my wheelchair. Service was quick (about 3 months total, which is an expected amount of time). Everything was very well explained. Service was great. The tech, Ken, was very nice, thoughtful, and thorough. Happy to be dealing with them.

If I could I would give 0 for customer service, the receptionist treats people with contempt, in a hurry to get people out, she is not polite, please let the manager or human resources remind her that she is the company's first contact, terrible service, that Look for a job where you don't have to show your face.

I have asked them to send me an itemized bill. They haven’t. I only got my CPAP machine a few months ago. My headgear is falling apart. I can’t wear the mask because my nose is always stuffy. My doctor requested a full face mask for me. They haven’t sent me one. SG must stand for “sketchy gangsters” because that’s how they seem.

I had received service from this home care an there is no" care" on there service..Monthly medical supplys are always late or difective or not on stock an person taking calls always never solved any of my problems .On march 2023 I received a corr flex tubing that seemed to be used it looked seal but When I opened the box some other used medical supplys were inside an because of risk infection I just did not used it .Now is been 3 months that I have not receive trachea tubes an last April they said that No one was home that I mised my trachea &canulas delievery ??But as the 3 boxes of diapers an the flex corr tubing I bet Medical is being charged for medical iteams that I have not received or are difective ..This iteam was not new as I pull it out other things came out.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! My husband has had sleep apnea for 4 yrs now. Why is it every single month they can't order he's supplies because they don't have an authorization code. The initial code is good for 6 months at a time because he goes in every 6 months to get checked out. We have not had even one time that they didn't need a new authorization code. I asked the last lady that called and I said you do realize that he can die with out these supplies right she said well give me the authorization code and I'll ship your stuff out! My husband last saw his doctor in November it's January the last one is still good!! It's annoying!! It will be fixed but never in a timely manner! And no it's not the doctor our insurance sends us the forms for the authorization of supplies!

I received my c pap machine to find out several weeks later that the setting were incorrect. I found out through SG Homecare
that they were the wrong setting and they couldn't correct my settings without my doctor's approval. I was told to contact my Doctor to inform her to fax over the correct settings. I waited for a responce from SG for a couple days knowing they received the fax from my Doctor's office. I placed a call to SG the next day and left a message letting them know that they needed to set the correct settings on my c pap machine and how much it means to my well being. No call back, text or email ! I FOUND OUT THAT I COULD CHANGE THE SETTIGS WITH THE HELP FROM YOUTUBE! SO THERE YOU HAVE IT ANOTHER DIY SAVES THE DAY.

HORRENDOUS. They deserve negative stars. Absolutely deplorable human beings, not giving a s*** about taking their jobs seriously, even when it's LIFE OR DEATH for the people they are supposed to be serving. Sorry excuse for home health "care." They obviously couldn't care less.

I had great service getting a wheelchair and bedside commode from them yesterday and today I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've been put on hold 4 times, then the phone rings for a while and goes did. I finally gave up. It's too bad that they either don't have enough staff to answer the phone or just don't answer. I ended up emailing the company through there website and got a response from someone fairly quickly. Thank you for that!
