Great storage facility, friendly staff, units are spacious and a lot of the have 12-14ft ceilings enabling the use of commercial pallet racking

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Accessing my unit was always convenient, and the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Do not rent from Secure Storage Redlands they don't honor the price they advertised in their website, and if you try to rent from their employees on the phone or in person they charge you 25 dls more per month, I was forced to rent on line because I wanted to save 25 dls, I had to cancel because the door was to small and the furniture was to big it wouldn't go true the door, I cancel the same day thy refused to refund the money, their supervisor Bryan Evans and was incredible rude and refuse to refund the money.
Bad management, and do not honor the price they advertise, and if you go direct with and employee they will charge you $25 dls a month just to put your information in the system? I hope the corporate CEO sees this and fix the problem.

My family has had a large unit for a number of years and have always had great service. I needed a small unit and stayed with them because of the service. Love them.
