I think all women like Ross. I only gave them 3 stars ? because some clothes are on the floor. I know that customers have a lot to do with that. I believe that the employees should go around and pick them up. Maybe they are short-handed...

Employees were fine, but the merchandise has gone downhill. I've bought all my T-shirts from Ross for the past 15 years and they were great: O'Neil, Billabong, Quicksilver, Ezekiel, and similar skate and surf shorts that fit good and were a mix of cotton and polyester so they wouldn't wrinkle. I've been to 3 or 4 Ross stores recently and the quality is not there. Very low end shirts for $10 that don't fit well and aren't the right mix of materials. I'd gladly pay $20/shirt for the good ones. They should just get rid of their current stock and get some decent clothes in here ASAP.

I walked out because the place was a mess! I regularly shop at another local Ross and love it, but this store is obviously mismanaged.
