This is the best pharmacy because the pharmacist Ngossi is so helpful and makes sure my family's needs are met. We have been going to Rite aid pharmacy for over 25 years because we love the service, we get from Ngossi and her crew!! Best care ever!!

The pharmacy at Redlands Rite Aid is the best! The Pharmacist and her crew are efficient, hard working and polite. Using their app also is a great benefit and service. I am really appreciative of them always having my refills ready on time! Thanks Rite Aid!

I went to get my prescription and I was help by Ngozi from store #5701and she was so helpful!! She explained to me how to take the medication and when too and if I need more questions she guided me on how to go about calling my doctor. I appreciate her help and the time she took to make sure I was aware of the medication I will be taking. She rocks!!!

Dr Gnozi is the best pharmacist I ever had. Kind, compassionate, thorough, very experienced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The pharmacist is horribly rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff is lovely and hardworking but this employee is the reason we no longer will use this pharmacy. I left after she made obtaining a medication for my child very difficult, went 1 mile down the road, and had the medication in my hands in minutes. Very frustrating.

The website says they Open at 9 AM they do not they are still getting ready at 9 AM. The ladies are so rude. I’ve had this experience a few times. My prescription was going to be a lot of money and they did not call me to ask me if I still wanted it. I had to call them and ask them what was going on. When I did, the lady I spoke to said “we didn’t think you’d want it.” They really need to work on their communication skills and customer service skills.

terrible customer serviceOn 06/16. I come to the store to purchase a 12 pack of heineken silver, as the cashier was busy selling ice cream an associate comes to the register area, I thought to ring me up, She comes to the register area and without acknowledging me or anyone She walks away. The cashier finally comes back to the register and start scanning the box at first on one register then tries another register, He walks to get another box to scan, same thing item not on the system. He calls for help and tries other ways without success. In the meantime theres already people waiting in line, no other employee comes to help the only one cashier.Minutes later, manager on duty comes to ring me up, manager does not seems friendly at all, no eye contact. tries several ways to scan the box without success, she calls somebody else finally put the boxes away, again without no eye contact say I cant sell it, She did not offer any alternatives, no apologies. The cashier though was very nice as He tried to do his job. manager on duty though need some basic customer service training.

Horrible pharmacy, argued in front of customers and they wouldn’t give me my prescription for days. They are extremely disorganized, I would go somewhere else

I am only putting one star because I can't post unless I put something and there is no option for a negative star. I have only recently started to use the pharmacy at the Rite Aide on Redlands Blvd. I stood at the drop off prescription area waiting to be helped. One employee walked past me twice - then proceeded to look at me like I had a third eye or something and asked me "is there something you need? Both times I have went there the pharmacist has been very rude. The first time I went there two employees in the pharmacy area were talking among themselves about someone in line. They were very unprofessional. I will be changing pharmacies even though this place is only 2 minutes from my home.

Pam F., owner..Everything I have to say can be found in all of the one star reviews and nothing has changed. I view this store and as my people, but every other visit to pharmacy presents a problem, I like to be loyal, and and fond of the employees. (been coming in for at last 10 years). But sometimes the delays, no one is here to help you, they have gone for lunch, what prescription? Oh we don't carry that pill anymore, (could have told me), and worst, I called on a Saturday to say, there were two prescriptions ordered by my doctor, that she just cancelled, so please put them back on the shelf. The pharmacist, thanked me for that. The following Wednesday, my husband went to pick up the two new ones, he came up with all 4, a very costly mistake...and you know, no offer for a credit or to make it right..this was the 3rd time for this mistake, no we can't help you sign up for covid tests with your medicare card today no one here to do that (two people standing there/could have handed me a form, and been told to come back at a better time), and even sometimes I hear lies as an excuse (so there is also defensiveness instead of truth some times..For example, My doctor ordered a 30 day prescription of a new drug to try. They filled it as 90. I said, no my doctor only wanted 30, I was told, Medicare requires 90. I dont believe that unless the doctor is now second to Medicare in decision making. Then I got covid..called to request a home delivery. No delivery new lady, "I need the pills to start today on day 5" delivery? I said, okay, I guess I will come in a get it. NO response, like we can bring outside to you. I have always explained problems are due to understaffing, lots of turn over in employees, but its the same, no matter who is there. Customer service is compromised because there seems to be a morale problem. Doesn't matter if they call us by name, there is no smile along with it. All we want is to run in and run out, don't care about being called by name, just want an efficient service..not some problem to solve the requires us to wait. We get home to a d*** on-line way too long, survey, asking so many irrelevant questions about the employees? And giving choices that often exclude our true response. Also shelves so empty, I am always surprised you stay in business..
