I was approached by individuals driving a large truck adorned with the logo of "Rick's Auto Body and Detailing," who exhibited rude behavior when they came to my residence to discuss purchasing my car. Regrettably, their discontent with the price escalated into the use of offensive language.
I was nothing but nice to that person but he started to be rude because he didn't like the price.

Thankfully haven't used him, but here's what literally just happened... Since the freeway was backed up, this guy was driving on the right shoulder (good thing the name of his company is on his truck) and almost hit us as we were taking the exit. Then he went behind us and continued to drive straight on the shoulder passing traffic. Oh, and also he flipped us off. Obviously a hot head.

Don't know about the body work, cause their customer service is trash. Acted annoyed and hung up on me in the middle of the phone call for an estimate. Definitely don't waste your money here.
