Amazing hotel. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is served daily. Great selection of choices for breakfast!! I had a great view of a palm tree. Lots of great restaurants near by. Highy recommended

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 3-nights and we requested room cleanup daily and they did not do it at all despite talking to 4 different service desk employees about it every day. It was very disappointing given our Titanium status with our preferred Marriott Hotels. Also internet signal was very poor! We checked out earlier and booked at a Warner Marriott Hotel in LA.

What a great design for this new property. You could tell a lot of thought was put into every single detail .We stayed in a king size bed configuration. I hope this is the template moving forward for hotel design.

I checked in back in February.From the start this place gave a hassle.Starting with Luis , housekeeping supervisor…I myself am a Marriott employee for Marriott not its sub brands .I came to this residence Inn for a temporary stay. upon check-in, I was greeted by the housekeeping supervisor and he was aware of my workplace because I was in uniform and presented EMPLOYEE EXPLORE FORM for my discount that I DID NOT GET!!I didn’t even get a discount even after Luis took it upon himself to reach out to my employer to verify my employment. He was stunned that I’m really a Marriott employee. I don’t need to lie or fake anything.Going forward, I was trying to check in and upon check in I presented my debit card and was told that it wasn’t accepted. I’m not sure how these rules are working but a bank is a bank.Once we bypassed all the hassle, I was able to check in and I was given a nice room .Unfortunately I ended up leaving this hotel one afternoon in an ambulance because I was ill. I have a 4cm mass between my heart and lung that I was in the hospital for a week going through biopsy and waiting on results.This place showed no compassion . The assistant GM (Debbie) it’s not a very nice person . My daughter and daughter’s mother were staying here while I was in the hospital and they were coming at them about payment . I am the man in my household. I am the one who makes the payment . Instead of them contacting me, they decided they were going to issue a key until I reached out . Mind you, i’m literally in the hospital on machines.I had to get discharged early to come handle business here at this location .From the time that I walked in to the end of my week recovery. They harassed EVERYDAY about a balance that occurred because I was in the hospital.PEOPLE HAVE TO CATCH UP! We all work !! Show some compassion!!March 31st, I was called talking about a check out I never approved and was threatened by Debbie (assistant GM) telling me she was going to call my employer over my balance like she has that right . She needs to watch who she is talking to before she is jobless. That goes for any employee here too.I’m a put this out there and be very clear . If this place does anything out of line of BUSINESS AND POLICY , you WILL BE SUED

My first trip with family to Big Bear was spectacular, a change of scenery. The attractions were very fun at Big Bear.I suggest you first fill out the waiver when entering the park because if you line up at the guana attraction you will be returned to the long line to sign the waiver.Another thing, each attraction sells its tickets ? the one we went to, there is no ticket packageVery good place

Was very impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the front desk staff! We had to cancel part of our stay due to sick kids and they refunded our room cost without any hassle. Would definitely reserve and stay here in the future!!

Loved this hotel. The front desk person who checked us in was very nice and made our day at 10pm after a 7 hour drive. The room layout was great and very new and clean. We ended up having to leave a day early but Debi (the manager on duty) took care of us and refunded a day. Would definitely return here next time we are in Redlands.

I was driving from Los Angeles to big bear lake California. I called main number to reserve the room for one night.I asked for their location in big bear lake California. Even I had experience there's another big bear, so I mentioned California.The agent made my reservation in Redland location.I got to hotel in big bear lake California and asked for my reservation. She said there is no reservation on my name at this location. So I had to go to best Western location in big bear lake California.I called back to their main number again and explained what happened. They even accept their mistake and didn't refund my money. I tried different ways to get my money back.Now the next option is to open a case in court.

I never leave reviews, but I’ll have to say this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The front desk staff was amazing lost my room key three times and they replaced it with no problem. I also would like to give Ms. Adriana in the kitchen a special 10star rating, each morning I came down for breakfast she was very polite and always had a welcoming smile ?. To the entire staff thank you!!Rooms: I had a suite nicely equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, range top for cooking. Showers was nice and my room was always clean.

Ironically, I am writing the review here because the only way to write a review on the Marriott app is by invitation. Let me start by saying the property is nice. It is a new build in a good location. So for amenities, you are golden. The service? Bad. I owe this mostly to the extreme young age of the staff, including the GM. I called multiple times, and was told, I could get an early check-in. I was even given a time to show up. When I did, the GM left, and left me high and dry. Two hours of waiting in the lobby, followed by a young front desk clerk (male) who argued over check in times. I could check in at 3 on the app and he was telling me that even if I could, they could not honor it. They made me wait as a punishment for calling them out on their lies. Finally got the room (nice…they are new)…missing a TV remote, they didn’t have any extra available. Ok, no biggie, we made it work. Next morning, breakfast…breakfast area was pretty unkept. Food and debris over all of the tables. A day later, wanted to check out. No one at front desk. Waited. No one came to the front desk. Got tired of waiting and left. Two days later, looking at my credit card statement, they billed me for three days instead of two. Great. Now I have to deal with the inept front desk to get back a day that I didn’t stay. Wow. Now I wished I hadn’t stayed there at all. They need a new GM and an attitude that actually includes customer service.

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Yvonne, at the front desk, was great. I so appreciated her help at check-in. The room (1 bedroom suite) was fantastic. Amenities wonderful, very clean property. We will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future. Adrian, in the kitchen, was so helpful, and the waffles were yummy!Rooms: BEAUTIFULNearby activities: Lots of shopping and food/restaurants nearby.Safety: Felt very safe here. Didn't worry about the car in their lot. Nice area.Walkability: Walking to shopping, restaurants, fast food.
