I have taken my rv to them twice and it will definitely be the last!
the first time I used them they Broke the entry door locking mechanism on the second visit I had a list of items to fix and when they told me it was complete I came to pick it up I notice that the entry handle was now broken, so i check the door it was still not repaired so i decided to check the other items and they had also replace the a/c system and batteries, on the ride home after months in the shop the a/c did not work and my entry step was not working. I brought it back they admitted they broke the door and handle and the step they fixed the a/c and step and did not lay carpet protection down and left oily footprints all over the carpet and still had not fixed the door that i paid for! they said they would pay for carpet cleaning refund the amount for the unrepaired door 3 times still no refund it's been 6 weeks these guy's are incompetent and dishonest I would recommend anyone but them, good luck if you do business with these guys!

Love Redlands RV they have improved our RV tremendously. They did a great job of upgrading our suspension and our batteries to lithium and even installed another solar panel.

Mike went above and beyond taking care of us when our Norcold 1200 refrigerator went out
Mike suggested a different brand and we are beyond thrilled with it
Every step of the way we were updated with pictures and texts. We had other repairs done at the same time and Mike kept us updated on those repairs also
We were in and out in 3 days and stayed in the Park they provided which is a really cute spot to stay
We drove almost 400 miles to get the repairs done (We live in Santa Cruz) because of the level of professionalism provided by Redlands Rv

We had the misfortune of dumping all of our Entegra Class A coolant on Highway 395 about 70 miles away from Redlands CA. We eventually arrived at Redlands RV about 8:00 pm, towed in by Davidson’s Towing. We were met by owner Keith, who helped the driver maneuver/back up his huge tow truck into our temporary new home at The Grove - a dedicated full hookup parking area for customers needing all sorts of repair work done.
Up to this point I had never experienced a greeting party at any RV repair shop, in over 30 years of RV travel. But that was just the beginning. The next day Keith and his team went right into troubleshooting, found the offending failed hose and I was repaired in short order. But more! An overall inspection revealed some other issues, including a leaky rear shock, so we went ahead and replaced all 4 shocks on both rear axles.
I was struck most by the professionalism, thoroughness, friendly, eager to help staff. Attention to detail was unlike I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. Front windows were washed, the back end was pressure washed, all the while keeping me closely informed of repair progress. The entire experience was unlike any other. Having a serious mechanical issue is stressful, but Keith and his team were simply the best, putting me completely at ease, knowing I was in excellent hands. I can’t speak highly enough of Redlands RV Repair, and I intend to return for regular maintenance in the future, even though they are 400 miles away from home. Highly recommended!

We have trusted redlands rv with our rvs over the last 20 years. They r very capable from engine to body and coach repairs. Found rodent damage to an injector wire that caused engine light to come on. Spliced wire back together. Very honest about repairs no over selling. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jolene and lori

After reading all the positive reviews I took my Country Coach in for a couple of issues. My slides were having issues extending, toilet wasn’t holding water. Shawn seemed real attentive to my issues. He brought up two other issues which I had them fix, So I thought. Went camping this weekend and the front slide key was jacked up. Called Shawn and he became defensive and said they didn’t work on the slide key. Next got to the campground and the rear slide would not open. Next the toilet they fixed with a theford repair kit which I supplied doesn’t hold water. After spending $2900.00 and all the unresolved issues I will never take anything to Redlands Truck and R V. What a freakin joke. Thanks for nothing Shawn. If I could give a minus stars I would.
Well my faith in Redlands Truck and R V came thru. General manager Mike Bronzini contacted me right after my negative post. He reassured me they would take care of any issues with their repairs. He was able to get me in right away and resolved all of my issues and more. All in all, I have to say Redlands Truck and R V lived up to all of the positive reviews. Mike Bronzini and Crew, thank you so much for taking care to all my issues. Much appreciated.

I save up all of my maintenance/repair issues for Redlands Truck and RV. It’s a 10 Hour drive but it’s worth it! I know I’m going to get excellent service at fair prices. They never try to upsell and in fact they have even said that I did NOT need an expensive repair, just a $25 part. I could not be happier with Redlands Truck and RV. I enthusiastically and unreservedly recommend them for all of your RV repair/upgrade needs.

We can’t say enough good things about the team at Redlands! We had a laundry list of items needing attention in preparation for our cross country trip. Dave D., our service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed, inside and out, in a timely manner. His communication made us feel like part of the family and we appreciated being kept up to date every step of the way.
The repair list included a new step motor, battery, generator service, and slides and toppers checked, as well as interior fixes such as shade and kitchen faucet repair. The Koni shocks we had installed on our Tiffin Allegro have made a world of difference in the comfort of our ride. We were also able to get ceramic window tint installed!
The piece of mind that we now have is immeasurable. We have found our new repair facility and have total confidence in the work of the Redlands RV team!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Arrived at their campground with full hookups and access to a trailer on site with washer/dryer. Pets were not allowed in the trailer but they allowed us to check on our cats in the RV several times while they were completing the job. Picked oranges from trees that lined the property (with permission). Had suspension upgrade and steering stabilizer (safety plus, koni shocks, MCU) done to our 2023 Dynamax RV. Upgrades were finished in less than the time estimated. They recommended eating breakfast at Carolyn's Cafe, which was a short distance away. The food/service were awesome (the coffee cake was unbelievable!!) Very happy with the service and how well we were treated.

We had several suspension upgrades completed on our Newmar Baystar motorhome with a Ford F53 chassis by Redlands RV & Truck service. Mike provided a detailed estimate. We scheduled an appointment. We were able to spend the nights in their “The Grove” RV park with hookups while they worked on our RV. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days. The ride and stability of the motorhome was much improved. The staff and technicians were very professional and caring. The upgrades included Safe T Steer, Sumo Springs, Track Bars, Draglink, Sway bars and Koni Shocks. We will definitely bring our motorhome back to Redlands RV & Truck service for any needed maintenance or repairs.

A little bit late but they did such a great job on my 32’ Southwind I just had to take off on a trip. Redlands I has done quite a bit of work on my motor home but the best was Eddie who removed my dirty, ugly carpeting and installed a beautiful laminate floor. He managed to take the tile up behind the drivers pedals and the finish around the steps and engine cover were perfect! Redlands has also installed stabilizers, shocks, repaired and replaced serpentine belt and tensioner, performed a full service, removed and repaired my slide out, needing to improvise and make custom steel ball bearings as well as removing my double pane windows, cleaning and resealing so the foggy windows exist no more. I’ve already gone on forever, but could keep going. I’m sure I’ve missed some of the work they’ve done. If y ok Ute looking for a great, honest repair shop that does outstanding work, go no further. Redlands is your place and Mike and Eddie are the best!!
