I have used Redlands Pharmacy and Ken for years. They are always fast, efficient and friendly, far from what you get at a chain pharmacy. If you’re looking for great service, you will find it here.Side note—-I noticed two 1 star reviews and read their complaints. What a shame that people leave a one star review for 1) the wrong pharmacy and 2) complaining about a price difference of $3.Never ceases to amaze me

I would rate this no stars if I could. The pharmacist is extremely rude. My mom went to pick up my script since I had surgery and I gave her a recently expired insurance card by accident. Well the insurance is the same. All they had to do is look up my insurance info. They refused to and my mom ended up paying cash. I talked to my insurance agent and they said all the pharmacy had to do was look up the info. They are lazy and apparently all about money. The only reason I even had to go there is because they are the only pharmacy that carried the medication. Capitalism at its finest.

Me: *Dials the Pharmacy* Pharmacy: "Redlands Pharmacy Maria speaking how may I help you?" Me: Hi Maria, I was wondering if you could tell me if I have medication ready for me to pick up? *PAUSE* Maria: *DMV attitude* You wanna tell me who you are and maybe I can help you out like that? Me: Ignores the attitude and provide her my information (a simple "Sure, I can help you with that, what's your name and date of birth" would have sufficed Maria). Maria: *locates my information* I need a driver's license or ID and insurance card in order to process this. Brief talk about what time the pharmacy closes. Me: I have surgery on Monday at 9am and I can stop by at 8:30am. Would this medication be something that would be ready for me to pick up the same day I drop off the prescription? Maria: *DMV attitude* LIKE I SAID, I need a driver's license or ID and insurance card in order to process this. (doesn't answer my question). Me: OOOOkay. Thank you. I'm not sure what Maria's problem was. Maybe she had a long week and was looking forward to closing? That's no excuse to be rude for no reason to someone calling with basic questions about their prescription.

Staff was very unhelpful. I had a prescription that was different than what they normally provide. They were recommended by my dr as the med was a narcotic and he was concerned that an outside pharmacy would make the task more difficult. He sent over the script and followed with a call to ensure ease of transaction. This is where the adventure began. The staff made no attempt to contact my insurer only telling me "it's not covered, it's non refundable, and it's over $200. I told the young lady that I never marked her calling or checking the computer to see if the med was covered. She stated that she was well aware of my insurer and their payment policies. I paid for the prescription and proceeded home. Ironically I get a call from my insurer regarding the procedure so while I had claims on the phone I gave them the information as well as the pharmacy info on the bottle. She shared with me that the script would have been fully covered with my $10 copay. I call the pharmacy back and that is when I realize that these people just fry off on arguing with sick people because they are clearly sick people. The $200 was not worth my time but I hope someone else avoids this nonsense and go to your regular pharmacy. I promise they will figure it out!!

Without question, the best pharmacy I've ever used. A fantastic staff, great wait times, in a superb location; even the parking is outstanding! They accept almost every insurance, and they have regularly gone above and beyond to help us with prescriptions. The building itself is incredibly charming, too. We cannot recommend Redlands Pharmacy enough, they're just awesome.

The utmost professionalism - knowledgeable pharmacists and the kind of personal and thorough customer service that harkens back to small cities in days of old...yet they still deliver the speed and expertise expected in the modern era. Truly the best of both worlds!
