My partner and I went in here to get a quote for an engagement ring. We met with the owner, Brian. We absolutely loved the customer service we received from the very beginning. Out of all the jewelers we went to (about 8) we felt the most comfortable here. Everything about the service was great, and very informative. He answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed our time here. We are highly considering getting our ring here! Especially since it's a family owned business.

I brought in two of my Michael Kors watches to be fixed, had some minor issues below the face, and Olga was very helpful with setting me up an appointment with Miguel. He did an amazing job with my watches and they’re back in great condition. Thank you Miguel!!

Been awhile since buying jewelry but have grown grandsons that yes are into they jewelry. Brought couple of necklaces, had one turned into 3 bracelets, and my grandkids luved them. A coworker of mine recently got me a watch and on my birthday, I dropped it when exiting my car to go to a restaurant. One of the pointers on my watch had fallen off and I was really upset. I happened to be walking around my neighborhood and walked into this shop. The man who I think is the owner was very kind and explained to me that they fall off all the time in watches and in less than a couple of days he repaired the watch at a very fair cost. I recommend my brother to stop by as he told me he had a similar issue with his watch. Now I can wear my watch comfortably again knowing I’m in good hands with Redlands Jewelry and Repair.

Came into the store looking for a chain and the jeweler Miguel was extremely helpful. He had a great amount of selection and was knowledgeable on everything. His customer service was the best, and gave me a good deal on a Cuban link chain. His prices are unbeatable and I will definitely be coming back again.

It’s a very nice store, and the gentleman who helped me a very dependable and knowledgeable gentleman. He stopped everything and worked with me for at least a good hour. I’m not used to that kind of service because it’s really not out there anymore. It is here, and I highly recommend this man and his store to everybody. You will not be disappointed. The work he did on my ring was superior I’ve never had such good work. Thank you

I just want to say how incredibly thankful and blessed I am to have dropped my engagement ring off here! I was very stressed out because I needed to resize it up 5 sizes and everywhere I was calling or taking it too kept telling me they couldn't do it. I called here in hopes to find someone and let me just say, they did AMAZING and helped me out so much. Olga is absolutely the sweetest lady that works there and her jeweler did such a amazing job as well in getting my ring right where I needed it to be, and I'm definitely going to be going back and having my wedding band done there as well! Such an amazing price, and such amazing people! Thank you guys again soo soo much!
