Ive been watching the market for a Lexus IS 350 F sport for quite some time now. I came across a posting online that had no pictures (I probably inquired as soon as they posted it lol) but I sent an email and received a reply within the next day from Andrew Norton. I requested photos of the vehicle before proceeding with anything and Andrew understood the assignment. The very next day I received photos of the car on my phone number. As a female looking to purchase a car, it can be very intimidating or be thrown plenty of gimmicks. I never felt that way from anyone I communicated with here. They were willing to meet me at the price I requested and I received a purchase order via email within the same day! I was offered the vehicle to be delivered for a fee (I am about 4.5 hrs away) but I chose to make the drive. Andrew communicated to me about the status of the vehicle over the weekend which I appreciated. Prior to this inquiry, I inquired another dealer about a Lexus who sold the car 5 mins before I showed up to someone else. So when Andrew communicated with me over the weekend I felt confident that this was going to be the one. He also communicated to me while I was traveling there and that made me feel confident they werent going to sell the car under my nose like a different dealer did. They did also do some light maintenance which I highly appreciated, it wasnt sold to me "as is". I was being a bit paranoid I admit lol and requested the records which Andrew provided and made sure I was satisfied! He literally went above and beyond! When I arrived for the vehicle everyone was nice and I was greeted. Gorgeous office by the way, wish they had snacks though lol This was my first car purchase ever &I did have doubts of purchasing a Lexus from a Ford dealer but the customer service and communication eased me alot. I worked with Mike for the financing, I advised Andrew and Mike I needed to be back on the road by 6:30pm (I arrived around 5:10pm) I was out the door around 6:00pm. I did have everything ready regarding my down payment &my own financing. Mike was also a blast to work with! I was always told that financing was the step that was the worst but Mike made it light hearted and as simple as peanut butter and jelly. Overall I highly reccommend them if they have a car that you are looking for but isnt their "brand". I had an amazing experience. The car drove amazing on my 4.5 hr commute home. A repurable business with no pushy sales, no market adjustments, no pressure and genuine customer service. Thank you again!! Please give Andrew a seafood boil or something he deserves crab legs for his customer service.

This place is a joke! I asked if there was any less price for the used truck I wanted. They said no haggle pricing. I told them forget it. I'll just go somewhere else, which I did. 2 weeks later, I saw they lowered the price by $4000 . MORONS and LIARS. I hope you losers go out of business

Excellent customer service when purchasing a 2023 Mustang Ecoboost Premium for my wife. I first reached out via email and received a reply the very next day. We then went there that day and were treated very well in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. Andrew was the one who took care of us and it was fantastic. We end up purchasing the vehicle that day and we could not be more comfortable and confident on our choice. No games, no gimmicks, just professional service. Thank you Andrew as well as Tommy for letting my wife have her Dream Car.

I went to Ken Grody Ford about a week ago with less than desirable credit. I started off with a bad trade in that was probably more undesirable than my credit. But these guys really, really worked hard for me. They tried everything they possibly could have done to get me a deal. They took in to consideration everything from rebates, me being a veteran, to personal relationships with the banks they have. Unfortunately no one was willing to take a risk on me. But I assure you, if you want honest, genuine, and up front people to put the odds in your favor, go to Ken Grody Ford in Redlands. They'll make it happen!!! I encourage all my veteran brothers to go on down to Ken Grody as well. Give them a shot, I don't doubt they'll make it happen for you!!! Thanks again guys!

The KG/Redlands ford service department is the best around.After a few years of so-so experiences using other nearby Ford service centers, we came here on a family recommendation. I'm glad we did.I recommend everyone go here first.The KG Ford service is exactly what we needed. The mechanics/service writers are knowledgeable and communicate straight.We're grateful and will continue to service our family's vehicles here.

Bunch of crooks!! Bought a Bronco with them for 71k a few months ago. No longer had a need for it so I brought it back and attempted to sell it back to them. The exact same car, 3k miles more than I purchased, with no scratches or anything. And they offer 47k and say they don't pay over Kelly Blue Book. Wtf! Every single car on the lot has an extreme mark up on it. 100k mark up on Raptor R. 50k on Bronco Raptor, 30k on regular Raptors. Maybe we should stop buying vehicles over sticker so they learn their lesson. Very poor ethics.

I have purchased two cars from KG Ford Redlands and the experience has always been remarkable. I have a usual saleswoman that helps me out with my purchases, however she was out of town. Instead, Jimmy Hernandez was our salesperson (the ENTIRE team helped us out) and he was super honest and upfront the entire process and was no pressure throughout. Additionally, he got us in a car that was absolutely perfect for everything that we needed and payed attention to our needs as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to buy a new Ford or even a used vehicle, the customer service is STELLAR.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I had buying a car. All the employees were so excited for me. (First time financing a car by myself) as we sat there, my dad stopped by and even bought a car for my mom. All the employee were friendly and worked hard for the both of us. THANK YOU

My vehicle was coming to the end of a lease. I knew the car had some equity so I requested a purchase offer from Kelly Blue Book. I felt the offer was appropriate and fair as the car is in excellent condition. Once an offer was made information from local dealerships was sent to me.I took the car to two other dealerships in Redlands and both tried to give low ball offers based on two small windshield chips. When I arrived at this dealership I met with the acquisition agent, Katelin. She was amazing. She examined the car, documented her findings and presented me with a purchase offer that was even higher than the original KBB offer.Katelin handled all of the paperwork and dealt directly with the lease company. She was extremely friendly and appeared happy to help. This is the kind of interaction and service that will bring customers back for their next purchase.

My first visit was to get my hubby a new truck. Went back a few months later to get my daughter a new Bronco, and then a week later, I got my Mustang!!!! Sherif is top-notch customer service. He is very knowledgeable,attentive, and friendly and makes car buying fun and not pushy. I will definitely be back for my other kids. The finance department was great and very helpful. They make you feel like a person, not just another number. Thank you, Ford, and see you guys soon!!!
