It’s been a little over two years since I had Redlands floorhouse floors put in my home. The wood started lifting right after it was installed. They said they would take care me. Which they came out were really nice at first and said not to worry they would take care of it. They sent the company manufactures contracted guy that inspects and basically protects the the company from having to replace their horrible flooring. The Redlands floor house sent out the installer who was had done the original job to fix it but he really didn’t. He replaced one plank of the horrible stuff I had left over. Then they put a coat on the flooring. Which quickly faded. If you drip water on the floor and don’t dry it off immediately the floor wrinkles and bubbles up. I spent over $10,000. I am deeply disappointed. I live a lone so it’s not like there is a lot of people living here so you would think it would hold up. But it’s a substandard material that they shouldn’t even sell. The installer told me later it was a crappie material yet he installed it anyways. I had no idea that a company would do this to me.

Excellent work! I'm a GC and they've done floors for 2 of my customers. The 1st was a whole house of oak, repair/sand/finish and it was beautiful. The 2nd was a whole house of LVP over a complicated floorplan encompassing several uneven additions. It also came out flawless.Can't wait to see how the next one comes out!

I took many years shopping for the vinyl flooring for my mobile home. I am a designer and finding the right product was a struggle since I had expensive taste. I also had economic limitations. In shopping around, the product which I could get wholesale went up. The hassle of buying wholesale, getting it delivered, then getting an installer made me decide to avoid doing it on my own. The product was already chosen, perhaps a higher grade than normal. The estimate turned out to be way lower than what Eric came up with, but he seemed to have more knowledge than the other two firms. They said it would be two days but as it was a difficult older unit and it took three but no complaints. Brain and helper were excellent and did great job. Old laminate and VAT had to be stripped along with old base. They had pride in their work.

We moved into our house in 2009. It was a remodel from the ground up. We have gone through numerous construction companies - both licensed and unlicensed. Maybe it was just our bad luck but we had major issues with 60% of them. We had to report most to the CSLB and took some to court. For us, it is a special joy when we find a company that actually does what they say they'd do for the given price. Redlands Floorhouse is one of those places. We were very limited on time (taking a couple of days off from work to be there) and Brian met the time constraints, working solo on half of the project. HERE'S THE EXTRA MILE PART: After the floor had been put in, we noticed one hardwood plank that stood out at the transition. The plank was very light, compared to the more amber-colored flooring around it. It made it look as if the bedroom and hallway had two types of wood. Brian came the next day to remove the one plank and replaced it by matching it up with a more suitable one. It was a lot of work, but Brian came on a Sunday to do it. That is the "Old School" customer service that we haven't seen in a long time. It is greatly appreciated and we are already making plans for other projects with Redlands Floorhouse. Bravo!

Just had some beautiful wood flooring put in and I couldn't be happier with the flooring and the service. Eric, John, Mike and Bob were absolutely wonderful to work with - they even got it done a week ahead of schedule. Look no further for flooring - these guys are the best!

AMAZING!!! We really appreciate the professionalism and work ethic of Redlands Floorhouse and their installers. They were priced very competitively, prompt to arrive and did everything that we asked for including removing the furniture and existing carpet from our living and dining rooms. The crew repaired some deteriorated subfloor, installed the new flooring system along with new baseboard and returned the furniture to the living and dining rooms. They thoroughly cleaned both spaces. We just can't say enough about how pleased we are with Redlands Floorhouse and would definitely use them again for future work.

Our family is fortunate to live in one of Redlands old homes. Recently we had a water issue in our home that required our 130 year old hardwood floors to be refinished. We received a few estimates and chose to have Redlands floorhouse do the work. From the estimate to the final application of the polyurethane we could not have been more pleased. The people from the Redlands floorhouse were professional, polite, clean and Master craftsman. Nick and Jason made our 130 year old floors look as good as they likely did when they were first installed. We would strongly and highly recommend them and will re-contract with them again, when necessary, to keep our floors looking great. Thank you for a job well and professionally done!

They do excellent work and are really nice people. I had about 1K Sq Ft. of vinyl flooring installed and it took them about 5 days with a few minor setbacks.The thing that strikes me the most is the professionalism and care put into the work. By the end, we really see how they put the right finishing touches and didn't rush the job. Even with the minor setbacks, they didn't turn it into a rush job. I'm very very happy with the service and will be going back to them for any future flooring work.

What can I say ? I had my entire bottom floor done , my stairs , upstairs hall way , both upstairs bathrooms and washroom and I have not one single complaint! They were absolutely amazing. They came in did the job and cleaned up daily , they were very professional and if we saw something we didn’t quite like they fixed it right away . We would definitely recommend and use them again ! I wish I could post photos

The job was handled on time and with total communication. Changes were discussed and made when necessary. Workers kept a very clean workplace, were very careful in moving furniture, and manage to match the hardwood stain on an adjoining room without damage. We are very pleased with this company.

The work you did to refinish our original hardwood floors was beyond what I ever expected. They look fantastic and you can't even tell where the repairs were from removing the old furnace.

We were so pleased with the whole process. Eric was great to work with. He always let us know that next step in the process, when the work would be preformed and when it was expected to be done. The two guys that did our work were very professional, friendly and informative! I can't think of a single thing that went wrong! Great service the whole way through and we love our new floor! I would recommend Redlands floor to any one!! Very, very pleased!

After 15 years, 2 children, and numerous pets, our hardwood floors were in need of major attention. There were badly stained wood slats that had to be replaced, as well as the refinishing. The floors being refinished were across all the exterior doors, so we needed to vacate the house for three days. We went out of town for the week. We returned to beautiful floors, and the furniture placed correctly. Work was done on time, and house was secure. We were kept informed of progress. Redlands Floor House has done work for us several times over the past 30 years, and we have never been disappointed.
