Definitely understaffed and over worked. It shows when they have 6 cars and you still have to wait over an hour. Then get your car and there are water spots and bird droppings still on your vehicle.

Only hand car wash in town worth going to great service fair pricing. Trey and Jared made the experience fast and easy . Jeep turned out great inside and out.

Very upset! I paid for the royal wash $45.99 and all they did was vacuum the floors!!! Supposedly they put and air freshener and it doesn’t smell at all!! The interior is just how I left it, did not even pass a rag through it. Mind you it was there 2 hours!!! Never again! ?

Less than impressed?…had to have them wash/clean windows 2X’s re-do Vacuum Job(very little effort)…. So What, OK , maybe it was a bad day… fast forward 1 week. ALMOST THE EXACT same experience… plus I had the ROYAL WASH done… it should be named the Peasant wash!!! $50- for a poor performance and & poor results!!!AVOID EM’

I overpaid, by hundreds of dollars, for a full detail, and they still didn't get my windshield clean, and that wasn't all.

The facility is nice the car wash workers are very nice but didn't do the greatest job, they left trash behind and didn't get some spots on the car, I paid 32.99 kinda for nothing.
Granted, it is a tiring job but if people are going to pay for a service its your job to fillful that service to the fullest.
