I have been in the antique & estate business 45+ years and have dealt with dozens of auction houses in the past. My dealings with Redlands Antique Auctions have been nothing but stellar. I have found that they are transparent, honest, courteous and fair.

This was my 3rd different auction and purchase at Redlands Antique Auction. Like always, bidding was professional and moved quickly (which I love as a bidder), the items were well represented/described and prices are fair. I won the item on a Sunday, paid online and picked up the item the next day (Monday). The staff loaded it for me and all were very pleasant. I will be back for more great items.

I had a fantastic experience at Redlands Antique Auction! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
They provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences, which made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for unique antiques and great service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Good auction house, however auction invoice was $51.36:and since they do not have in-house shipping they use UPS , my shipping bill from UPS is $118.45. So may be auction staff should not put shipping or inform buyers in advance that shipping will be handled by UPS.

Drove to Redlands on a whim, hoping to find a new buffet table. We drove by this location and decided to stop in. The items inside are incredible and the gentleman walking around was busy but very helpful in explaining how it all worked. We are looking forward to placing our first bids on the items we liked! This place is definitely worth a stop!

Great auction house, maybe the best in Southern California! I've bought from them three different times and they've always been reliable, honest and really friendly (traits not always common in the auction business.) I live about an hour from there so I just pick up the items and it's always a breeze. Their warehouse/base of operations is super clean and carefully organized and just feels like a very well run, customer friendly place where they like antiques as much as we do (assuming you're reading this review.)

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be swindled by an auction house. I won a bid on a statue I that statue arrived and I am thoroughly disgusted.NOWHERE in the photos or description does it state that the BASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND GLUED, or that it's missing a finger, not to mention that it's FILTHY DIRTY. I am beyond displeased, BEYOND!! The fact that anyone would auction a piece WITHOUT FULL DISCLOSURE is borderline criminal. I will NEVER purchase again.

These guys are so professional and answering questions is their specialty! They are also very fair with their estimates and completely honest! Love doing busy with them.
