This is the best pet hospital I’ve ever been too. They truly care and are so much more affordable than any other options I’ve ever been too. My dog has epilepsy and they always have done their best for him and given him amazing treatment so far, I drive well over an hour to come to this vet office because of how superior they are.

I love this Vet. The doctors listen to you they make you feel very welcomed and it is very affordable compared to the emergency vet which was my other option in Redlands. Dr. Price is my favorite doctor and Dr. Dusenberry was very kind as well. I highly recommend this place. From the receptionist to the techs and Docs, this place is one of a kind!!!

Hello pet family!
We recently lost our dear feline baby of twenty years. My wife suggested I call to make arrangements for cremation. Upon calling the office I was warmly greeted over the phone by the receptionist who explained our options. We choose cremation and receipt of remains.
A week later after dropping off our feline baby, we received a call from the office. I went down to pick up the remains to find a wonderful card, keepsake and a beautiful wooden box containing the remains and our pets name engraved on top! What a nice gesture!!!
We miss and cherish the loss of Cami, however, the staff at Redlands Animal Hospital were exceptional!!! Thank you!!!

I called because my dog came inside with some cuts on his leg. The lady that answered the phone at 6:25pm on Sunday August 11th was extremely rude and wouldn’t allow us to talk to anyone. She said we had to come in even though it is an hour away. We told her we’ve worked with a ton of veterinarians over the years and we have never heard anything like this. She hung up on us. I hope you all can figure out who it is and handle it, I can’t imagine anyone would be okay with that kind of behavior. I wish I could give zero stars.

I recently had to put my beloved dog down and Dr. B and John were so supportive of his care and treatment, knowing we were headed in this direction. When the time came, I could not have asked for a more supportive team. I felt understood and cared for.
Redlands Animal Hospital really understands our love for our pets (family members!)

I trust this hospital with my dog. My dog nelson was well taken care of in his dental surgery. They did several follow-up calls to check in on him. They also gave us a little treat for him after he got out and were clear with after-treatment instructions. When we had questions they answered the phone right away and gave good advice.

We have been bringing our dogs and cats to the Redlands Animal Hospital for decades. The staff is caring and excellent. I can't speak more highly of them.

Revised and Resolved @ 12:14 today. Now improved to 4 star.
2 Star Rating @ 10:20AM this morning, after 10 days trying.
Great place, abd no problem a couple of years.
Just spent over $1,000 for dental cleaning and blood tests. For 10 days now, I have requested at least 4 times to have someone discuss blood test results.
I am hoping a poor review will get their attention. Sad to have to stoop to this level.
I'll be happy to adjust my post.

All the staff took incredible care of our cat. The circumstances were awful. From the 1st phone call, everyone was so kind. Clean, modern facility. We highly recommend this clinic.
