After our experience at Queens Jewelers, my fiance and i couldn't be happier with our choice of jewelry store. Such a wonderful family whom will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. They helped My fiance with several pieces of jewelry including my custom engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. We were very particular with what we were looking for and wanted, Queens made it all possible. I highly recommend Queens and they will forever have our business.

My wedding ring is 20 years old and it looks brand new! I got two estimates to repair my ring. Queens Jewelers charged me less than other estimates and returned it a week sooner than the other estimates. They were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return when I need to repair any jewelry in the future

William was very helpful and was able to fix my tiny gold chain necklace. It is a very delicate necklace and he was able to fix it quickly and was gentle with it. He charged a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend coming here for jewelry repair. He also had a wide selection of jewelry to purchase!

I really love coming to this establishment. I used to go to a jewelry store in the mall thinking that they had better deals. I’m so glad I stopped doing that. Queens jewelers has the most stunning pieces of jewelry, their prices are as reasonable or more reasonable as the place in the mall, the customer service is 110% top notch. I’ve bought beautiful pieces here, I’ve had my jewelry cleaned and sized here. I often refer family and friends to this jewelry store. My boyfriend had asked me to randomly get my finger sized for a ring and as I love supporting local family owned businesses I remembered this place as I always drive past it on my way to work. I had never stepped foot into a jewelry store! So I must admit I was a little intimidated. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alexa and Mr William himself. The owner & his daughter. They were both very warm & welcoming. I felt like I knew them all along. Later that day my boyfriend and I decided to go back and talk to them about rings and we started looking. They have a beautiful selection in many price ranges no matter your budget. I definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs they have amazing service! They are patient and listen and give their expert advice. I got the ring to my surprise that I fell in love with the day we initially went in and I said YES! Thank you guys so much! We will continue to do business with this wonderful family & will recommend to all our family & friends! 10/10

I am not sure where to start!! We have been using Queens Jewelers now for at least 10 years plus. We have followed him from location to location.William stands by what he does and what he sales and we really appreciate that. I took a piece of jewelry to another place, walking distances from my office and with in a month I took it to him to repair what the prior place did and he did a beautiful job cleaning it up and I wear it all the time.Thank you William and Family for being so kind and asking about our family every time we come in.Best wished to you and your and we will be back in soon!!Scott & Sherry

We went to Queens Jewelers in Redlands to get our wedding rings. I was using an heirloom diamond from my grandmother's wedding ring, but wanted it reset in a style I had long admired. William was so lovely to work with and he made a custom ring for me that was exactly what I asked for. It's so much more beautiful than I even imagined it would be. He stayed in touch and took the time necessary to make sure everything was perfect. I'm so thrilled with my ring and absolutely recommend this lovely, local, family-owned business.

Dropped in today to get my new watch set up and sized. I believe I met the owner, William, and he was remarkably friendly. We discussed the historical significance of the watch as he was making the adjustments. He had me in and out of the service in about 15 minutes. I will come back for more business moving in to the future. A+
