Highly do NOT recommend this place. It’s unprofessional and they will not bother to even reply to emails. They will make mistakes on your taxes and refuse to talk about it and leave you to find someone else to fix their mistakes.

Just can't say enough good things about Prospect Financial Solutions. Our 4th year of depending on John to "get it right" and he does not disappoint. Easy to work with, professional, and prompt. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

My wife and I first went to Prospect Financial Solutions around 5 years ago after we got married. From our first very experience to every experience after it has always been amazing. We've worked with John Hopkins since the beginning and he is such an amazing guy to work with. Friendly, personable and of course very knowledgeable when it comes to finances and taxes. Although we only see him a few times a year and even though he helps many clients, he remembers everything about us. This review is long overdue and I always recommend their business to all my friends and family. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I've been working with John and his team for about a year now. He helped me set up my LLC and walked me through filing both my personal and business taxes. John is always so patient and answers my huge list of questions with clear and kind explanation. This is my first year filing with prospect Financial Solutions. I like the fact that their office is flexible to my schedule and they are family friendly. Great place to file your taxes! Super friendly staff (everyone I came across asked if I was taken care of with a smile in their faces). John H. came across as very knowledgeable, and provided valuable information and service. My time was not wasted. Facilities are clean and overall welcoming! I'll definitely go back for future services!
