It took a couple hrs since they was booked for the afternoon but they was very respectful and sweet kind gentle with our pups. They also told us how long the wait would be until the pups are ready and that they would call us. As such, a couple hours later they called us said the pups are ready for pick up and when we arrived to pick them up we was greeted very politically with smiles told the pups did very well and are well mannered for pups. We really like the way the pups turn out they are happy playful itch free pups and we do plan to come back not just for those 3 pups but also with our other dogs as well. The prices are good low and affordable and they do have different specials for the summer at low prices for all animals as well as decent prices for almost any of your furbabies needs/wants that's affordable throughout the store, they even have pup/dog training to help those that are new to being a pawparent. Thank you for the good experience and we do plan to return for more services thank you.

My senior dog Minion is very particular about who he allows to handle him, and he loves his spa days here at Whiskers to Tails. As an overprotective dog mom, this is invaluable and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby! 31583 Outer Hwy 10 S suite 1, RedlandsWe love Cutie Pie's! Our rescue poodle, Peach, gets so excited to see Pam whenever we walk in the door. They are incredibly patient with our little old lady dog, Gizmo, too. Gizmo is fairly deaf and going blind so she's not easy to work with. Our girls always come home looking beautiful and smelling great. Something I love about Cutie Pie's is that they are always very quick. We know our girls aren't sitting all day in a cage. Our girls are considered valuable family members and we are so happy to have found Cutie Pie's where they are also treated like family.

No matter how knowledgeable you may get in any field in life, the practicing professional tends to be up-to-date with the current science, and not to be taken lightly. It’s when one thinks that they know it all and resist learning that they become stagnant. Always be excited to acquire new information to add to your knowledge…I love to be corrected by a professional. They tend to explain the connections behind the science in a concise manner and in a very short amount of time….

Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands
1422 Industrial Park Ave, RedlandsI had to take my 12 year old Chihuahua to the emergency vet on 07/21/2024 and overall I had a good experience. The facility is very nice, everything is clean and you don't feel like you are in a vet office. They did warn me upfront about the long wait (4-6 hours) but stated that I could leave and come back if I needed to, once my dog was triaged. It took about 40 minutes for someone to come and triage my dog, which was expected. From there, my dog was kept in the back to begin testing and treatment. My only concern or complaint is that once my dog was taken back for triage, I did not feel the communication was great. I heard them call a "code critical" for her which prompted the front desk to call me up for payment, before they would start any treatment. I had to pay $1100 up front, which I would have paid no matter what, but no one was able to tell me why she was "critical" and what their concerns were. From there, I probably had to wait 2-2.5 hours to talk to the vet. I did continue to ask for updates, but was told they were still waiting for the test results. When I did meet with the vet, he was very nice and professional and was able to talk me through the findings. One important factor to consider if you are needing to come here is that they do not have the capability to perform an Echocardiogram. My dog did need one and they were able to provide a list of possible places to go. My dog needed an Echocardiogram to be able to properly diagnose, but this office was able to get her stable and start some of the care she needed. Overall, it was a good experience considering why I was there. They were able to help my dog and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off by any means. My only critique would be the amount of time it took to meet with the vet and talk through their concerns and why they had requested all of the testing. I would most definitely come back if I needed to, but hopefully I don't need to.
