My company IE Alarm Systems recently had hats made by Pennington Designs in Redlands, CA, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The hats are of outstanding quality--well-crafted, durable, and they look fantastic. The design and overall look exceeded our expectations, making them a big hit with our team.
A special shoutout to Tiffanie Averett, our Account Manager. She was absolutely amazing to work with--professional, friendly, and incredibly personable. Her communication was top-notch, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The fast turnaround time was a huge plus, allowing us to get the hats quickly without sacrificing quality.
Overall, we highly recommend Pennington Designs for any custom apparel needs. Their team and products are fantastic!

I use Pennington for work projects, and they always deliver. I am grateful for their front office always being on top of things. This family business is extremely friendly and helpful. They are also extremely creative - having come up with the current logo the City of Redlands now uses. They almost always beat Amazon prices and if they can't they will tell me so I can get the best deal. The owner and his family invested much into this town through volunteering and community service. It's an honor to put money back into their pockets by doing business with this fine company. The products are always of great quality and consistently top-notch.

My shirts turned out SO gorgeous. They did a great job. Perfect sizing, the colors are great, and they got it done 3 days before the deadline. My order was more expensive than expected, but well worth it with the craftsmanship, follow ups, and turnaround time.

Pennington Designs turned around our funeral event programs and materials in record time. Everything was amazing and the print quality was fantastic. We'll definitely go to them again; hopefully not for a funeral.
