The guy did a great job but I wasn't happy with the after market rear window for my GMC. I've been trying to reach them so I could order the original window but they don't answer me or reply to my emails. The recipe they mail to you does say if your not satisfied they will fix it but I guess they don't want to.

He broke our Kia Moon roof ? we had him come out too shut it and he was shuffling things into the liner and broke apart the main drip and took it with him we said you broke that his comment was An I here too fix it or shut it , we replied if you can fix it how much he said 5,000 we said your crazy so he shut it took our money. We went to another place and he didn't even put our liner back straight... Hey can you please fix now what you broke

Last thing I wanted to do was have to replace my window. Pass Auto Glass got it done with good quality work and in a timely manner. Wow! This place is amazing, my insurance company initially had booked me with Safelite but that turned into a nightmare! So I told my insurance company I'll find a company myself and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I was in a hurry because my truck needed a small dent fixed on the hood and the truck was only going to be in the shop for two days. I wanted it all done in one location so the night before I was scheduled to pickup the truck, I googled auto glass repair and PASS AUTO GLASS was one of many that popped up. I clicked on their link and was amazed at 8:30pm someone from that company was able to chat via their site. Long story even longer, in less than 20 min they scheduled a technician to be at the collision repair shop at 9am the next morning with the OEM glass I needed. I'm still a lot in shock about the level of service, I highly recommend and would definitely use this company a again. Oh by the way my insurance company the same day already paid out on the glass claim.

My husband has had a cracked windshield on his 2005 Toyota 4 Runner for years. Not a big deal. He dealt with it. Well today, while moving some stuff in the back of the car, his back window was completely busted out. In a slight panic (With all that is happening in our world today) , I looked up Safelite Auto Glass. We have used them a few times in the past. Nearly $600 for both windows and no appointments available (Mobile or in person) for over a week. I next found Pass Auto Glass. Ulises answered my call immediately. They were swamped but fit us in the same day. Ulises did an AMAZING JOB on both the windshield and back window in about an hour. AND FOR LESS THAN SAFELITE. I was so impressed with the service from Pass Auto Glass and Ulises that I have him coming back tomorrow to replace the windshield on my 2017 Tacoma. THANK YOU ULISES AND TEAM.

I googled auto glass near me, and Pass auto glass popped up. I was directed to their website and was instructed to leave my name, number, year, make, and model. The estimate popped up immediately. I then went to Safelite to get an estimate which was $150 more! (And an additional $35 to come to you)Ulises from Pass auto glass came to my location and did it in 30 minutes!

Took care of my Bronco Rear Window in good time at my house. Pricier then other places but got a new window motor instead of a rebuild. Fixed and happy about it regardless of cost. The job is done.
