I've used this place many times over the years and am extremely greatful for honest comoany. This place is just awesome! Excellent customer service, no issues with purchase or return, straight forward on prices & just overall eager to meet customer needs. I was trying to find a fan belt for a 57 Ford and these guys and gals were great. I had to come back 3 times and they took care of me. I went to the chain stores and they couldn’t help me cause my car was to old. To bad cause Parts Authority is my new store. Thanks again, Gordon

No acknowledgement of your presence. No prices in any fluids on the shelf. So it'll be a long wait just to buy fluids. Kids working there not interested in customers. O'reilly's has their customer service down to an art.

I purchased chains from them at the end of December on my way up the mountain. After, I paid somebody to put the chains on at the checkpoint on Highway 18 ~ they asked me why I didn't have that thing in the middle like a bungee cord to hold the chains to the tire ..? As I was driving to my cabin, I got stuck in the snow and ice. My neighbours that helped me get unstuck, said it was because the tires were slipping inside of the chains. A month later I came and brought the chains and asked them why they didn't sell me the other part all they did was say "no you don't need them" and showed me the paper instructions. They didn't say suggest how to fix my issue - offer to look at my tires - NADA! I told them I'm going to get stuck in the snow again ~ and I'm on my way back up the mountain ~!! And they just looked at me and smiled and said nothing!! I guess they only like to service people that know about cars and that they know that are local. Super rude and the most awful customer service I've had in a long time. One of my biggest pet peeves is people who smile at you but don't really CARE or want to help you!!! If I get stuck again ~ I'll post a photo !!!!

Needed a fuel pump for a 2000 toyota truck, everybody else wanted to sell the whole assembly real expensive. Found the pump here for a fair price installed it works perfect.

Right on. Good prices to the general public. I will be back. If they uphold their guarantees in the coming years, and their parts last, they are a 5+ stars. If you do not work on your own car, or basically know how to like me, this is not the parts place for you.

They supply Firestone across the street with some parts. When I had a defective part returned to them by Firestone, as it was under warranty, they would not confirm or deny that Firestone did indeed send the part back when I stopped in to verify and do my due diligence. Their reasoning was that, "I am not their customer, Firestone is." Sandra is the manager I dealt with. She is not a pleasure to talk to.
