My experience with the Redlands Branch of Pacific Premier Bank has been a very professional and enjoyable one. Moved over there when the Highland branch closed. Branch manager Tasha Speer runs a very friendly group of staff who go out off their way to make sure the customer requirement's on their expectations on their accounts are met satisfactorily and in a timely manner. She is available any time in her office or phone to address any concerns you might have and always with that smiling helpful friendly demeanor. She is definitely an asset to the bank as are Carina Soriano and Lance Smithfield who address you by name as you enter with greetings. VERY few banks have that type of customer service and experience which is a long forgotten tradition. Bob Hitchman

We are a small business locally and were in search of a more local business bank vs. the big bank we were currently with that we felt didn't give enough service to smaller firms. Pacific Premier was highly recommended and the service has been personal and exceptional. We worked with Tasha Speer on a line of credit and the process was clear and fast. She was very available during the whole process and helped us secure the line of credit with ease. I would highly recommend them and have already referred other friends that have businesses to them. Keep up the great work. Finding a bank that does treat you like a valued partner is rare.

As a small business owner, sometimes at the larger banks or chains, you feel like a number. If your account isn't big enough yet they tend to ask you the same questions over and over like what do you do and why are you doing this transaction etc. Not at this bank and not at this location. They are very helpful and personable and I feel like I'm seen as a person. From helping with simple transactions to guidance on what products and services I need—it means a lot to me. I understand banking is a business like any other business but the customer service is amazing. I'm not just talking about the small talk or the occasional how are the kids doing, I'm talking about "hey, heads up this is going to affect your bank account", or how can I help you renew your DBA. That matters. They treat their employees well too because I don't see the same turnover as other bank chains. That makes it easy to get to know your customers and that's key for understanding the way their customers use their products and services. People often don't switch banks because of the hassle but if your wanting to see how it feels to be seen and have a team of staff to offer great service — Five stars and highly recommend.

I have been a business owner for over 32 years. I have worked with many banks and bankers. I can state unequivocally, that the current bank manager at the bank is the one of the best. She has been a true professional and has helped our corporations secure funding for the growth of our business. She is also incredibly proficient in helping our troubleshoot any operational problems that arise from time to time. I consider her a blessing to our company.

I cannot say enough great things about this branch. I've been banking there for over 15 years. When you bank here you are truly treated like family. This is the way banking should be. Carina, Denise, Lance, and Tasha are all amazing. I highly recommend banking here.

My family has banked here for 50+ years and we used to love it but it has changed so much. Customer service leaves a lot to be improved upon bc they are unkind to their customers....Don't ever report that you got SCAMMED bc they'll treat you like a criminal and after being a loyal customer for more the 50 years they said I had to cancel my accounts and even both my mom's accounts which was a real hassle. She can't hear hardly at all and the only way you can change your damn PIN number was on the phone and they have the WORST system for validating customers!!!! First of all my mom is basically deaf and second of all the stupid inaccurate questions they ask. I don't know where they get the questions from but 1/2 of them don't pertain to my mom. They need a new system where the customers get to pick the questions like other legitimate businesses do!! It's insane and it took months to get my mom's accounts working. If it wasn't such a big hassle I'd have her take her money out and find a BETTER BANK but I can't put my mom through that again she's so traumatized from the whole ordeal....I mean she's 88 for God's sake and didn't deserve this kind of treatment. I hate taking her to either of the San Bernardino or Redlands banks bc I may as well be a criminal the way they all treat me so we go as little as possible!!!! I used to love going there when it was on Del Rosa and had lovely employees like Sylvia if you all can remember her with great customer service!!! Thanks for the memories anyway!!! Your bank SUCKS!!

Over the last 4 years at Pacific Premier bank 100% of the interactions have been absolutely wonderful. On numerous occasions their wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help us through rough times. Also a special thank you to Rachel and Tony from the Riverside Branch!

I will start by saying, this bank may be a fine bank, but I have no idea. I do own stock in this bank, and with my current local Union Bank branch closing, I thought I would check them out because we run a very successful local business that most banks would consider an ideal new client. I first called and spoke with the branch manager to make an appointment to open a new business and personal accounts. I gave him all the information he asked for, then he told me he was just the temporary manager, and that the real manager was at a different branch that day. He would give them the information and call me back the next Monday. That was over a month ago. So today I decided to stop by the bank to check it out and meet the staff. It was raining, and when I walked up there were 3 people and a security guard outside. I looked into the bank and did not see anyone waiting inside. I asked the guard if it was Ok to go in and talk to someone about opening a new account, and was told to get in line because they were only allowing 1 customer in the bank at a time. I said you want me to stand out here in the rain? He apologized, but yes. I told him that I am looking for a new bank to handle all my business and personal banking, allowing one person at a time into the banking, and requiring me to stand in line outside was not going to work for me.

I've been with Pacific Premier for 15 years. Ny actual branch is in San Bernardino, but I always go to Redlands. The tellers and all the people that work there are so nice and helpful. I love this bank.
