After only 11 months my auxiliary battery was not keeping a charge I purchased it here but my phone number didn't come up on their computer so I needed a receipt for them to honor a warranty so keep your receipt or shop at Auto Zone where you don't need one I'm out 145.00 for a new battery that should have been covered by O'Reillys auto parts but it wasn't because they didn't put my phone number in their system and I had no receipt because I didn't think I needed one .Auto Zone warranty is three years and I don't need a receipt.the Asian clerk that was behind the counter was rude I told him I wouldn't be back he just said Happy new year and I definitely won't be back

A bit late posting, forgive me. However, I realized a little late that I needed windshield wipers, so I headed to Oreilly's in hopes of some saving and that is just what I got!!! Cam was fast in looking up my wipers. He then had no problem going out and replacing my faulty wipers. I had no clue how to do it myself and Cam told me he'd take care of it. We ran into a hiccup, neither of us could figure out how to change the driver side and it began to rain. I felt awful but to no avail Cam figured it out and sent me on my way!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and dedication

On 11/29/2023 I came out of US bank across the street from O'Reilly and my car had no power , the lights wouldn't come on , the alarm wouldn't work . So I decided let me call AAA because I'm totally confused . Now the wait is 1hr and I'm 10mins from home. I walked across the street and ask if anyone could help and explained my situation. The store manager Friend was so kind followed me back to the bank and fixed my problem in less then 10mins . My top wire connection came off my battery. I was so thankful she took the time to come across the street to help , and saved me a AAA service. #WOMANRULETHEWORLD

This So Cal rain just came out of no where! Thank goodness I stopped in my local O'Reillys for new windshield wipers. The staff was very helpful and even helped me put them on my vehicle. Great customer service at this location!!

I don't know how they consistently find good, knowledgeable, professional people. Was helped by Kaz today. Answered all my questions. Helped me to look ahead to what else I might need. Got me everything I needed and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. What more can you ask for? Great Service!

Fren the store manager has a rude attitude, she is conducting herself with total disregard of customer service, I wouldn't not come back to this store. Shame on oreilly for not training their management properly
