Orange Theory at Redlands seriously keeps me in a good mood. The instructors and staff are professional yet genuinely personable. I began a few months ago love the 6am classes. Its just such an easy environment to progress in as there is respect for individual pace. Instructors will guide exactly when needed but its never pushy. I have been to other Orange theories but this one is the most cool, fun, challenging, personable and easy environment Ive ever worked out in.

Big fan of OTF Redlands! I've been a member here for over a month now and I'm so obsessed with it. The coaches are friendly and welcoming, community is great, the workout is incredible, and there are always classes to sign up for. Highly recommend!

I love how I can just show up to workout and not have to worry about what to do to fill that one hour of class. I went through two breakups and both times OTF were there to help me blank out for one hour and just focus on me. The amount of work in class is equivalent to me being at a regular gym for 2 hours but without the awkward standing around waiting for equipment to be available. Out of all the coaches, Beth, Mandy, and Cameron are the best. They all want you to go better and actually take time to correct your forms. Beth and Mandy already left but I'm very glad Cameron is here now at the studio. Most coaches I know do not even bother to correct your forms. Book Cameron's class if you want to learn correct forms on the floor! I deducted one star for coaches that do not bother to help correct forms.

They crammed more people into the lift classroom than there are weights. It's a total mess trying to get access to the equipment, especially considering the steep membership fees I pay. Personal space is practically non-existent, which isn't cool.They randomly got rid of the weekday lift class at 10 AM, no heads up or anything. Since Beth, the coach, left, things have been going downhill. The workouts aren't the same, and the whole vibe has suffered.

So awesome! I went for the first time this week to check things out since I'm looking for a local gym. This one is unlike any other gym in Redlands! Camryn was very helpful with information about a membership. I can't wait to come back and sign up officially!!!

OTF Redlands is amazing! The workouts are always challenging and help me achieve my fitness goals. There are a good amount of classes so it is easy to find a time that works for my schedule. I have been an OTF member for a while and used to attend other studios but I can say this is one of my favorites, the staff and coaches here do a really good job. Coach Taylor, Beth, and Isaiah are awesome. They bring so much energy and are great at keeping a hard work out fun. I highly recommend OTF Redlands for anyone looking for a great work out.

Keep me motivate to continue my goal to keep healthy.. coaches are very encouraging and super energetic from start to end.. workout plans/session is very encouraging, sweating for sure at the end😉.. reception staff are very accommodating..

If there is one gym you should join it should be this one. This past year and 1/2 I have been here has been more than I could have possibly imagined. The people, the coaches, the members are all so supportive and uplifting. There has not been one bad day here at otf. Every time I walk into this studio everyone is greeting you with positive energy. The energy in the studio is indescribable, the coaches are always pushing you to be your best self and the members cheer you on. The community they have built in this studio is astonishing. There are fun challenges that happen monthly such as benchmarks, hell week, marathon month, mayhem, and so much more. Every coach is different and unique in their own way which makes this place so fun! The coaches all make working out so much more fun. One thing I love about this place is how everyone wants you to be your full potential. What is orangetheory fitness? Otf is basically a 1 hour full body workout that focuses on strength, power, and endurance which uses heart rate based interval training. Even if you don't like the idea of being trained by a coach, or being in a workout class I encourage you to try it at least once, your first class is free so I definitely feel like anyone who is thinking of joining Orangetheory Redlands or wants to know what it is like , I recommend giving it a shot.
