Amazing. I took in 2 cheap coats to have them altered for a better arm length. Due to the functional cuff, one of the coats had to have the arms raised and opened. The length is perfect now and the job was quality. I also had two pairs of chinos fixed. One was a hem job and the other was hem and seat. Turned some cheap Bonobos into a custom fit chino. I’ve definitely found my go to place for all my clothes. It makes it so much easier to shop for clothes when you know there is someone who can make them fit perfectly.

First time using them to taper a pair of slacks and the service was OUTSTANDING. Little mom & pop shop. Turn around time was less than 24 hours. Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place. Way better than Men's Wearhouse. They have everything you need and have great prices. Their suits look amazing, and a lot better than what I have rented for weddings at Men's Wearhouse. And I've rented Vera Wang. I have a suit I bought from them a few years ago, and everybody compliments it. They tailored it to fit, and their customer service is top-notch. Family owned and ran, which is nice because I love to support local Redlands businesses. Whether you're going to prom, getting married, looking for suits for your groomsmen, I highly recommend this place. Plus your groomsmen can own the suit and pay less than they would to rent some suits at Men's Wearhouse. And they will look twice as good. They carry name brand stuff, and tailor it to fit. so don't worry you're not going to look like you walked out of JCPenney.

My husband bought an off-the-rack jacket and dress pants at Macy's. David, through his fine tailoring, made the jacket and pants look as if they were "bespoke". I think David is the consummate "old world tailor". His prices are fair for the high level of work he performs. Highly recommend if you want alterations that are top notch.

I have been going to Needle Express for the last 6 months and wanted to post some positive feedback. I typically like my tailoring to be close cut, and they have always done such a great job making my suiting fit just the way I want it. David and Filya are some of the nicest people I ever met. Not only do they stand behind their alterations, they always have such a genuinely bright energy. Needle Express is the best tailor in the Inland Empire and it's not even close!

One of the best if not the best tailor in the IE. I've had sport coats and shirts tailored here, all to perfection. Filya and David, owners, learned their trade in Europe so they're pros. My friend altered her wedding dress here as well. Quality workmanship is what they do. I'll keep coming back. BTW, they also sell suits, jackets and accessories. Yup, they'll tailor it too.

Hi brought in two suits, both need it many alterations to make them fit. Yes it is pricey, however, there was a lot of work to be done. Came by to pick them up, one suit, which was much older and needed to be re-cut to modernize it. The older suit jacket needed the length to be shorten, the pant were very baggy and required for the legs to be tapered, the seat to be changed, and the crotch to be brought up to look normal, like I said, a lot of work worth the price I paid. It gave a whole new life to an old suit. The newer suit still needed some alterations, and they were able to keep it and address the new alterations for no charge. They do great work, can't even tell they did anything to the jackets from the inside, but definitely fit better now than they did before. The pants also fit great with all the alterations that they made. I do a lot of sewing as a hobby, I do hem my pants and take in my shirts, but nothing like what they do here, trust me what they do is a lot of work and they do it well. Again, highly recommend their work, well worth the price that they charge, these people are friendly and very receptive to your request.

All those positive reviews are true. This guy is a true tailor (I'm not an expert though). Needed pants hemmed in a hurry, walking in less than 5 minutes before closing. He still did it while I waited. Only $25 including rush fee. ($15 hemming +$10 rush). Didn't need to ask any questions, just put the pants on, he put a pin in one sleeve then went and hemmed them ironed them. I was out in minutes.Ton of nice suits, hats, dress shoes, prom gear like matching vest and tie combos.

Busy place and they charge really big prices $$$$. Does the same work as any other alteration companies? Won't use them again.

I asked for a last minute alterations and they were able to accommodate! I'm so grateful to have found this place! Service was impeccable and the person assisting me gave me great advice on the alterations. I will definitely keep coming here and recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in with my brother and the lady at the desk knew his size, found a magazine worthy suit for a great price. It was tailored in tow hours. Excellent service. Will be back.
