Trevor was incredible - 5-Star Service. Never have I had my issues so quickly and professionally handled over the phone. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Napa would be wise to do all it can to keep the young man.

Conflicting messages from everyone along with manager throwing new employees under the bus who he clearly has not trained. Really wanted to like this location. Very frustrating experience. Avoid unless desperate and even then still avoid them.

We have an account at Superior / NAPA, I send my guy to get a couple of batteries, for one of our work trucks at about 2:00 PM. He comes back and tells me they didn't have them in stock and we would receive them the next morning some time (battery shortage). My guy didn't tell me that Lewis could have got them sooner if it was necessary. So me being the moron I am, grabs the phone and starts in on Lewis about not having the batteries in stock and how we really needed them right away and how service these days is getting really bad and on and on, bla bla bla. He keeps his cool and tells me he can have them to me within the hour. Thirty minutes latter his guy shows up with the Batteries. To make a long story short, If you want great service, BUY YOUR AUTO PARTS FROM SUPERIOR AUTOMOTIVE / NAPA !

Five stars just because my experience did not require much and the location is low key. I just needed a new battery. Went in, checked if they had it, made the trade, paid and on my way I went to install it in my wife's Rav4. Gentlemen working the counter provided me with excellent customer service and like I said, the location is great.

I was in Redlands doing a job concerning some air conditioning and I came up short some fittings. Could not find any of the local parts houses in stock with that part. I went to Napa Auto parts and got residential air conditioning component to finish the job. Napa rocks
