They're so great! I love how all the technicians interact with their clients! They do a great job. They take care of their customers. They smile and customer service is great! Anna is my technician every time I come here! She's always been my technician since the first day I stepped into their salon. I highly recommend them

I just got my nails done here, and I loved the experience, I got a regular manicure by Natalie and she did an amazing job! I would go to her again.

I thought I'd give this place another try so i went today. The salon is nicely decorated an many chairs for different services for the clientele. I went an done a pedicure this time had the basic was good and fast for the price. Is it me or the staff seems there not very friendly? Last time i was there i had a young lady didnt talk much that last time i had a young man he didn't talk much did his work an left and when he did talk it was fast n stern lol sometimes you like conversation i felt that the business wasn't warm a friendly? Or is it just me? Will probably be looking for another place to try the next time I need a pedi.

Idk about the rest of the employees but Nicole did a great job on my pedicure. I only put 4 stars because I had a bad experience at the Totally Nails & Spa in Colton. Never went back. If you go here, ask for her. She's the only non-asian tech I've ever got my pedicure done by, and she's great!

Customer service was not the best. I asked the gentlemen doing my nails his color opinion and he said "idk, I'm not your boyfriend". He was very rude and wanted me to know what color I wanted without offering a color wheel. When I asked for someone else to assist he got loud and dramatically walked away. I do however, recommend MiMi and Natalie. They were nice and efficient.

I am so offended by my experience at this nail salon and I definitely should've checked out yelp before giving the shop a chance. I came in for a pedicure today. My technician rushed through my pedicure and Finished everything from gel polish removal to "leg massage" within 15 minutes. I didn't say anything about the rushed pedicure but just before painting my toenails, I did ask the technician if she could fix the shape of my large toenails because one of them was crooked and they both looked different in shape. She did not say a word to me but immediately after she began speaking quickly and appeared irritated that I asked her to file down my big toenail. A couple seconds later she stood up and walked over to a chair a few chairs down from me and a different technician came to sit down. I Immediately told the new technician who sat down that I thought it was very unprofessional for her to walk away only because I asked her to change the shape. I was not rude in how I asked and I'm paying to have my toes painted, I should be able to ask if I can have my nails filed more!! I told her I would feel better to just pay for the removal of my polish and cleaning up my nails and I would worry about painting my nails later. The technician reassured me that she can fix the nails, paint them and it wasn't a big deal. At that time I just agreed to have her finish. The technician finished my nails, I paid and I left to my car feeling very bothered by the way that I was just treated. I decided to go back in and speak to the manager instead of coming to yelp to passive aggressively address the situation. HOWEVER.. When I went back into the shop, the receptionist at the counter defensively stated that first technician asked for someone else to take over because I "didn't like the way she was doing my nails". I don't know how asking for your nails to be filed down gets taken to the extent of a technician standing up and walking away from a paying customer. I never once was rude to her.I never addressed her on the fact that she finished my pedicure within 15 minutes. And I never once told her I did not like the way she did my nails. the only time I spoke up was to have my nail filed/reshaped Because I did not like that they were two different shapes and one was crooked. The lady who finished my nails walked up and Stated she was the manager. I expressed to her that I wasn't there for a refund ($46 I paid for this awful service + tip) instead I came back in to tell her, more importantly, that I was really bothered by the treatment at their shop. She expressed she was sorry it happened, extended her arm around me and walked me to the door!! Literally out the door. Stated that she hopes I will come back and that I won't have that technician next time Ive never left a business feeling more regretful for monetarily supporting their business in my life. Money is one thing, but the way you treat people is another. If, in the event, this review is read by somebody at this business who is a manager or owner other than the person who claimed they are the manager and walked me out, I would appreciate a response.

I came in for the first time during my lunch break for a gel manicure and they got me right in. It was pretty busy but not obnoxious. Tracy did my nails, and she did a great job. No smudges or bleeding on the cuticle and she was very efficient. She was very nice. The reason why I only give three stars--i thought it was overpriced and the receptionist was unprofessional. I haven't decided if I will come back yet.

First impression is GREAT. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon and got seated right away. This spa is exactly what I was looking for, for a new place to start going since I've moved here. Sean was my nail artist and he was amazing. He made great suggestions and had excellent customer service. He performed my pedicure and full set acrylic manicure and both I am so happy with. The whole staff was smiling and making jokes and laughing, it seems like they liked to be here which is a nice atmosphere to be in. The salon looked well kept and clean, and the music was great too! Overall I had a great experience. I will be referring and coming back! Thanks Sean!

This place is great ambiance wise, and they always do a good job! But the girl in the front with blonde & brown hair is so freaking rude! Like it's embarrassing every time I come here she's a total B to everyone. Do better y'all, we left today cause what's the point. There's tons of other places around here.

First time here ... horrible service and not sanitary. The lady cleaned the cuticle remover in the water my feet were soaking in and put it back in her cart . My pedicure was also rushed even though the salon was practically empty.

I always get taken care of very well at this place! I even brought my stepson and he really had a very good time and he felt really good after we got done :) I really do recommend coming to this place to get your nails taken care of and to also get a Mani and a pedi :)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I came to get a gel pedicure and asked if I can please soak of my current gel pedicure because my nails are thin.They said they couldn't accommodate that request. I've gone to many nails spas and soaking them off is very common. They are so rude and the place is dirty!

I went and asking for a simple design and he couldn't do it so I changed my design so he could and he messed up so many times the my nails are extremely thick and gloopy looking I DONT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT SOMETHING CUTE only if you want something like a basic color and they are outrageously expensive.

I told him it is hurting while he was scrubbing my feet , he said you are such a baby , now my feet are swollen and I am unable to walk. This happened second time with me .last pedicure I got blisters on my feet, because he was scrubbing so harshly like a stone . I told him stop , but he said same , you are such a baby I am cleaning your feet. My feet are not made of stone sir , when customer says you are hurting her , you need to stop.now I have swollen feet and inflammation.
