Amazon Relay had 5am appt but security guard said 6am is when crew is operational and working. The gate is closed most of the time, there is a video intercom on the left of the gate. Very pleasant service and quick drop and hook swap.

I just left this place due to favoritism in the shipping department if you are new here you get the worse equipment I was treated like I was nobody here the leads and managers in the shipping department are not professional and not friendly at all! The meetings are all communicated in Spanish which I didn’t understand I told them multiple times and they still didn’t care! Very unprofessional shipping department!

If your coming with Amazon trailer show up as soon as they open they will load you right away, my appointment was for 11:45am and I got there at 8am and was on the road by 9ish.

I got loaded 4 hours before app. 10 min in and out, full trailer. Lupe the guy who was loading is amazing.... 10 starts for this guys
