Update, I see Junior at Redlands CDJR did reply in response to my review. It should be the dealer reaching out to me to handle this situation. If you are genuine in your reply to discuss further you have my contact information. Also, I went ahead and paid out of pocket on my end to have the door fixed. I never heard back from you or the referral. I have proof and documentation what I paid out of pocket. If you are honestly willing to help, then you have my contact info.

I have been taking my Durango to various dealerships for years. Like many others, I have some horror stories about poor communication, unnecessary charges, and ridiculous delays. What I have learned is that it is all about your personal service rep. Redlands has a rep named Bill Burton who I actually trust, which is rare. Ask for him and you will get good service!

I had the most horrible experience at this dealership. I've gotten work done for my car here before Bill and Carlos have always been great. This time around I got to work with Miguel and he was unprofessional, unreliable and his communication skills are horrible. I had to be calling him to see what was going on not once did he call me to update me on my car until I spoke to Nathan and Nathan said Miguel would be keeping me updated and in 3 months he only called me once and that was after I spoke to Nathan. My car had been done being worked on since the morning and he didn't bother to call me and let me know I had to call him once again. They do an amazing job but if you ever come here to get any work done on your car I don't recommend working with Miguel.

Want to wait 48 hours for an oil change? Excited to wait an eternity to check in or out? Only to find out the other services requested weren't even completed! Then this is the place for you. It shouldn't take that long, seriously. Poor communication & poor customer service! Save your money, go elsewhere in my opinion.

Nathan and his entire service team have gone above and beyond to ensure that my daughters first Jeep service experience have been exceptional. They have flexed their schedule to get her Jeep in around her school schedule, worked to get her rides if she needs them, and gotten her Jeep back to her when promised. They've also worked hard to get everything that should be covered under warranty handled in that manner. As a distant parent, I really appreciate Nathan's responsiveness and communication in keeping me informed. The work from the dealership has been excellent - done correctly the first time. Thank you Nathan and team for the great work.

I I could give negative stars I would. I took my 2016 Jeep grand cherokee to Bill at the automotive service dept as my Jeep was leaking oil. After having the vehicle 3 days, Bill calls and said it would be approximately $5,000.00 to tear down and see what was needed and in the long run be cheaper to go ahead and pay $16,000.00 to put a new engine it....I asked him to repeat himself and when he did I told him I would come pick it up. I took it to a auto mechanic in San Bernardino on baseline that charged me a total of $750.00 parts and labor to change out the oil cooler, flush the coolant and put a new coolant reservoir.

We took a truck there in February. First they said we never changed our CCV filter. We advised we were under 30,000 miles from the manufacturer recommended changing. All of a sudden it wasn't that issue anymore. They told us our fuel was contaminated. The fuel test results show 1.8%. We asked Ram what they consider to be contaminated, they said anything over 20%. 1.8% is a whole lot lower than 20%. Now Ram put a restriction on the warranty. For what? There was nothing we did wrong, and on top of it, it went from one reason to another reason when we pointed out that the dealer was wrong about the first denial reason.... Does anybody reading this have any suggestions? Please email us asap if you

Brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service and oil change. Chris in service took great care of me. He was able to quickly get me checked in and explain the service that was needed on my truck and the time it would take. They completely the work quickly and even sent updates by text. The whole experience made me feel like part of the Jeep family.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've had two bad experiences here. I guess shame on me for going back. We own two Jeeps ( both purchased from this dealership) I've had nothing but problems with my 2020 Grand Cherokee. I brought it in last week, my car is driving rough ( it only has 32,000 miles on it ) not to mention my radio just goes black for no reason. They wanted me to replace my radio with a refurbished radio ( 849.49 ) and oh my cars running rough ( so they suggested I replace my Engine mounts ( 1484.00 + tax ) neither is covered under warranty . I declined the services, I will take my car for a second opinion. Durning the pick up my car was pulled out with the hood still opened. The engine cover was sitting in the backseat of my car. A dirty engine cover that's covered in Rat urine, and dust. So now my car smells like rat urine, my nice clean car smells. Why the hell would they put something dirty inside my car. Then not even bother to put it back on before I came to pick it up.. awesome customer service there. When I asked the service guy what this was he questioned me like I was stupid. Asking me for my receipt. What does my receipt have to do with my car being taken apart and not ready for me to go. Needless to say I gave this place 279.90 for nothing. So do yourselves a favor and go else where. Anyways, when I was leaving my service representative told me a manager would call me later. I have yet to hear from anyone.

I had my car detailed by Redlands CDJR today and it looks like a brand new car! I am completely satisfied with the look of the car now. A shout out to Josh Petty for his thorough assistance and professionalism. Thanks again to this business!Martha Hone-Warren

I initially came back here this time around because i good such good service. So I paid extra to tow it because they was further out..The service was not good at all this time around. They was not commucative at all even though i was transparent about they informing me because my job needed to know when i would be back at work. I still only got info when i called. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY DONT TELL YOU, THAT YOU CAN GET FINANCED FOR REPAIRS. ITS THROUGH A 3RD PARTY WITH 90% APPROVAL RATE. WITH THIS ECONOMY THIS SHOULD BE TOLD TO EVERY CUSTOMER. SO I USED IT THIS TIME AROUND. NATHANIEL PLEASE TRAIN THE SERVICE MEN TO RELAY THUS MESSAGE... AS IT SHOWS THEY DONT RESPOND TO REVIEWS... SO ME LEAVING THIS MAY BE A WASTE

Don’t buy from here!Pretty mind blowing how they won’t make deals because they don’t want to lose money but sometimes you have to lose money to make money but at the end of the day they can sell you the vehicle for invoice price they ain’t losing any money, At least the cars look good sitting in the lot for months and months and months. I don’t recommend coming here find a good dealership that will give you a good price on a vehicle you are looking for. I highly recommend that you keep your foot down when it comes to negotiating because if you later want to trade it in, you might be upside down on the price and just like they want to negotiate their price in the beginning you can’t negotiate the value of your car later they always come up with an excuse. Be aware.

I thought RAM was a reliable brand! My work truck has been in the shop for over 110 days for a transmission replacement that is covered under warranty. There is not reliable ETA on parts. Every week they provide a BS date. I have asked for them to provide a rental and they haven’t. I asked to for them to reimburse another shop to do the repairs and I would waive the rest of the warranty. It’s been denied. At this point I have lost business income, monthly payments made, and commercial insurance payments for a truck the isn’t being used. It’s just sitting at the dealer with flat tires, in the sun with dust for months! I will never buy Ram again!!!!
