Aye these two ? - otches b running some kinda suspect operations over here...for example I paid $200 cash money and got a receipt back for like $158 or something not $200...then they b making false promises that they deny evr making when called out...like 'if u do this survey I will give u a case and screen protector as well'I do NOT recommend this shoppe.

I switched from spectrum 2 days ago and deeply miss them already. After 3 hours with customer service, I was told to walk into any store and activate my series 8 Apple Watch with my iPhone 14 pro max, for an additional 7$ on my bill. Was told by a girl with way too much attitude that activation of my watch was "currently impossible" because they only support Samsung watches.... Either 3 different people on corporate lines were Lying to me, or this chick had no idea what she was talking about with her *probably promotional* AirPods in. Not to mention the shifty owner glaring from the back room, I would not recommend this branch at all. The vibe is WAAAY off, go to a better location.

Very good experience! Hazel was very knowledgeable and professional. She spent several minutes walking me through how to use my new phone and helped me transfer all of my data from my Google account. Very satisfied! Thanks again Hazel!

Valerie was very helpful for my patient. When he wanted o connect his phone to hi car, she directed him to he Auto Zone across the plaza and his phone was connected. Valerie and her coworker are both assets to Metro.

I know this place very well. I have dealt with them for 8 years and I have not dealt with any other metro store because I always find everything I want from them and their customer service is more than wonderful. I hope everyone will visit this store.

Added a Tablet A7 to my account but was told rebate wasn't for 3 months or more and now I'm ? ng "instant rebate" claim when you add a line and an $80 digital to rebate after three months service. I didn't get either. Now it's after 10am and I'm still waiting for this store to open (10am to 8pm)??♂️
