I was charged for a hotspot that I didn’t even request. I found this out after my first Bill. The employees here throw in accessories and whatever else they want to charge you for and not even let you know that you’re getting charged . That’s why they don’t give you an itemized receipt. I suggest that if you purchase any phones from here you ask for an itemized receipt. They never provide this to you so that you don’t see how much you’re getting charged and what you’re getting charged for. I will definitely be calling the manager in in the morning and advising them that that is wrongdoing and they should let their customers know what they’re getting charged for Instead of them, throwing in some little lie and saying that oh we’re gonna give you a free hotspot, but then i’m getting charged for the hotspot on my second bill.

Great customer service shut the Wi-Fi service is not that good I have issues everyday with my Wi-Fi but other than that MetroPCS is the best and great customer service they just need to work on their Wi-Fi issues
