Got my first car from here 0 miles and was proud of myself. Got a bad interest rate which was fine.What wasn't fine is them doing my paper work in correctly and making it VERY difficult for me to make my first payment with the lender almost resulting in my New car being repossessed.Called and asked for help and basically got told too bad so sad and once the sale was over and I was legally responsible for the car Nissan didn't care to help or guide me.THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AND DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

I just bought my 2023 Pathfinder platinum, and let me tell u, I've been to a lot of different nissan dealerships. Metro nissan was by far the best dealership to work with. They are not pushy, have no egos, are very friendly, and are easy to work with. first, I was greeted by Antoinette, who was very kind. My sales girl Adriana and Anthony were nothing but kind, informative, responsive, and drove over 1hr to deliver my new car to my house. Top knotch service seriously. Elizabeth, the sales manager, and I negotiated a killer deal that was fair. Her sales skills were impeccable. Metro gives better deals than any nissan dealer I know. I will continue to refer anyone I know looking for a new or used car. Metro of redlands has something special going on over there, and I hope they continue to deliver this type of sales service. I love, love,love my new car all black with chestnut interior. It is gorgeous. Thank you to the whole team.

We went in to potentially finance a car and all we wanted was to wait a day to get with our insurance but they tried to persuade us with many deals such as lowering pricing and discounts on insurance. Know what you get yourself into before purchasing and always double check with your insurance provider. The insurance manager at the time was not so friendly and was pretty rude. But Adriana the sales rep was really nice and amazing.

Quick service, love that they send notifications about what is recommended and I get to choose what I want done on my car. Wish the service department did a better job on having some service specials. I along with other folks might be interested in getting more done if there were service specials. I get them them all the time from Chevrolet.

After buying about 15 cars from Nissan, I went into trade my car to a smaller car as gas is expensive. Are they wanted to trade my car for a less car for a higher car payment which was ridiculous, especially that I had been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, so I went to another dealer and bought a different car and when I went back in to Nissan to sign the gap for the gap refund, they were upset that I did not get a car from them even though they tried to price gouge me for a smaller car. I signed the form to cancel the gap and get my money but they never turned it in and every time I call they refuse to give me an answer on what happened to my cancellation form. This is so unprofessional as I was still going to buy another car from them, but now I will never go back there. They lost a loyal customer.

Anthony Arcos and Ron Adams were the best! My family and I have bought 8 cars with them including the one we just bought today. They were able to get to my payment in a timely manner and did it fast. I definitely recommend going with them two!!

Service is a scam, take car in for oil change of course they do the "complimentary inspection". As usual they give me a list of things that don't need to be done. Last time replace belts for an outrageous cost, have another place check the belt, nothing wrong... this time, nothing about the same belt from 6 months ago and but $44.99 to replace the air filter, they say it's dirty... thing is I put in a new filter, $14.12 on Amazon, 1 hour before taking it in. So they're OK for the oil change deal but ignore what they say needs to be done, they just have a list to see if you'll bite

I am the owner of Wild Mouse Design, and I just got a new 2023 Rogue from Anthony, this is our second Nissan Rogue. Metro Nissan is fair, honest, respectful, and professional in a relaxed way. It's great to have a quality Nissan dealer here in Redlands. "Z" the Manager also is a real joy to hammer out the numbers with. He really made it so fun to buy a new car. Anthony Arcos is a top-notch, well-informed sales person that I would say to ask for him if you are considering a Nissan and want to deal with a pro. Not to sound over the top, but I am very pleased with my experience overall.
