We visited the Redlands location and Stormy helped us with fitting my son for his prom tux as well as pickup. She was so helpful. They were extremely busy but she definitely was on top of it.

The manager Tim (Teemo) if that’s even his real name was EXTREMELY RUDE. I came in on a Wednesday night three and a half weeks before we needed a suit. I came in with my son to buy a suit for Prom and when Kelly told him we needed help with a suit for Prom, the Manager rudely stated that he was working with SIX people and stated “There’s NO WAY IM GOING TO HELP THEM” to me and Kelly, the very sweet lady also on shift that night. When he was done with the SIX people ahead of us, he declared that he was going to clean up the dressing rooms instead of apologizing and asking if he could help us at that time. This man should NOT be a manager. He needs a REFRESHER COURSE in customer service. If he was stressed, there was a better way to handle his stress than to take it out on a young man trying to buy a suit for Prom.

Great service once they got to us. Honestly though it was just a busy day so I can't blame them to much for it taking a little bit. The staff was very nice and helped find something that fit just right and was still comfortable for my brother's wedding. I haven't picked up the full suit yet, but the process has been good so far.

I also had a very similar experience as some people mentioned in their reviews. I walked in with my partner to look for a suit. There was 3 employees standing there , just looked at us and did not offer any help at all. We tried telling one of the employees exactly what we were looking for and he was speaking to us as if we didn’t know what we were talking about (even after showing him a pic of the suit we wanted). We kept explaining to him we didn’t have a group number, we just went in to a store of our choice to look for a suit. Very rude customer service.

Ralphie is an excellent employee. He was very attentive, extremely helpful, and super nice. Without him, we would have been lost. Please give this man a raise.

Horrible customer service. I walked in, employees looked at me but did not acknowledge me at all. While I walked around looking for what I needed, employees passed me by multiple times and never asked if I needed help or that they will be with me in a few. While I waited for help, other customers walked in and were greeted. 1 was helped while she was with another customer. The final straw was when one customer walked in and multiple employees greeted him and explained that their system was down. Why they couldn’t pass that information along to the other customers is beyond me. I don’t want to assume anything but maybe because I was the only one with darker skin in there. I was in there for 30 minutes or more and never acknowledged. I don’t want to hear from corporate saying contact us because we care. B.S. ask them for the camera footage on 9/6/23 around 2:45pm they can see for themselves.

Service was great upon entering by a very friendly guy named Clarence who is a sales associate at Mens Warehouse. I would give 5 stars if the entire staff seemed as attentive as he was. I do want to emphasize there was a sale on designer suits that was very misleading & that was disappointing. All designer suits should be on sale per a sign at the front of the store & also an online ad. Upon asking, we were told the sale is only online & misleading since it only applies to certain suits & none of those designer brands are carried by the store in Redlands. I do want to emphasize that Clarence was a pleasure as a sales rep & as a knowledgable person. Nancy

Big thanks to Maria, Clarence and store manager Stormie for taking such good care of us over multiple visits. All three of them offered solid advice for helping us get the best suit in the end, and it turned out great despite being a difficult size to accommodate. Never once did we feel pressured to buy. Thanks again!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is my experience and I hope it helps anyone else looking to purchase from this particular location.I made an appointment online to be helped find a suit for my husband. I made this appointment a couple days in advance.When we arrived it was fairly busy not crazy but a person was ahead of us. The person(Maria) that was assigned to help us for our appointment was running late. Not a problem, it happens. However when she did arrive her attitude was very much negative and unhelpful. The moment she walked up to us her first sentence was "this is all we have". We were in the slim fit section for my husband, we did not explain the occasion, nor did we get a chance to explain the color or style we were looking for. She just glanced at my husband and came off rude when she said it. We proceeded to explain to her that we did find a color we liked and that my husband wanted to try it on. She huffed and rolled her eyes to which she responded "are you sure? The suits here are expensive...". We were caught off guard at her comment. I did let her know that we came with the intention of buying a suit and that money wasn't a problem. She just looked at us like she didn't believe us. She than made a show of how much she did not want to help us; expecially when we started to ask about accessories and a shirt that would match the suit. She threw the items on the table at us, and kept making comments that even with her discount she could barely afford the suits and that she is surprised we could... She than began trying to tell us to go to a cheaper store in San Bernardino because it seemed more our budget. Again leaving myself and my husband shocked by her comments. We told her again that money isn't a problem but for whatever reason she kept those particular comments. At one point during our appointment, my husband was waiting for her by the mirror they have in the center of the store next to the dressing room while she grabbed a different color shirt, and she kept giving him this glare and gave the impression like he was going to run out with the suit or something. It was just becoming clearer by the second that she just did not want to help us.I do want to state that we weren't even dressed "shady". We wore clean, neat summer clothes and flip flops.So her assumptions about us felt really unnecessary, which was unfortunate because we loved the suit but felt so gas lighted by her that we decided to drive all the way to a different location in Rancho to purchase the same the suit we saw in this store.I also want to clear up that she wasn't offering friendly advice about different stores. Her tone, her body language was very much "you can't afford this, go away" type deal.I hope no one else has this kind of experience like we did, I definitely recommend everyone to stay away from the sales associate Maria and try anyone else but her and if that doesn't work the one in Rancho had much friendlier staff.
