Terrible customer, 5 days after visiting their shop explaining what I was looking for, (concept drawing & estimate) I finally called. They emailed me stating they had no time to talk to me for several days. I lost a weeks worth of research with other jewelers.

So far not impressed. After calling and asking about a quote, I was told to email my idea. checked back four days later, no response. Nearly a week later and nothing. If too busy, say so. If not taking new orders, the same. One thing I hate more than anything is having my time wasted. Done waiting. My request was simply straightforward. Hardly any words needed with the image I sent for the centerpiece of a rosary. I was also hoping to buy more and ongoing. But poor non existent customer service has me thinking otherwise. I mean seriously, why answer the phone and suggest I email my request when it goes on deaf ears? No thank you and good riddance. There's no excuse for not responding. I would have even settled for an automatic response, but ZIP, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA.

I just love their unique designs and just got a bracelet from the store in Redlands I get compliments from everybody. Horrible customer service. This website offered free shipping (which should be the case for a $300+ order), but instead of using FedEx or UPS, as most online jewelry stores do, this company used USPS. When my package was not delivered to my locked mailbox (so no theft involved), I was just told sorry, ask your neighbors and your local post office. Very second rate service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My package was not delivered, and the merchant's response was simply ask your neighbors and contact the post office. It was my first time buying from this company, and I won't be trusting them again. There are so many more reputable jewelry stores online that I'd recommend over this one. So sorry I took a chance with this online store.
