DO NOT COME TO THIS MARSHALLS IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH BEING THREATENED BY A CUSTOMER WHO ALLOWS NO ONE TO TOUCH THE HELLO KITTY MERCH! The employees ACTIVELY help her by hiding hello kitty merchandise and keeping it away from other customers so that she can buy EVERYTHING to resell!! disgusting behavior and Marshall’s HR needs to get involved in investigating all of the employees involved with this woman’s actions. She is not afraid to tell her friends and family to be hostile to anyone who dares even be near hello kitty merch. Marshall’s should be an inviting experience to EVERYONE who enters and for them to allow a customer to treat other people with disgusting hostility on a daily basis is completely unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE.

I come here with my mom to shop since it’s a favorite store of ours. I’m a huge hello kitty fan. And finding out why I never find hello kitty merch here makes a lot of sense now. Marshall’s do better

Dont expect to get any hello kitty merchandise when theres a lady who has connections with employees to get “first dibs” on these items. Its despicable how marshalls allows this especially with these ladies being there from open to close, being openly aggresive to fellow customers. Do better marshalls

2nd time visiting a Marshall's. The Redlands store is very stocked and clean. I had interactions with 2 staff members, one in the shoe department and the other at register. Both went beyond the basics. Sketchers & Clark's sandals at a reduced price! Also, very fashionable summer clothing sizes up to adult XL.

Negative experience at Redlands store (March 11th/12th 2024, 12-3 PM). Trail room assistant lacked courtesy and seemed upset with me for no reasons. I left without buying anything due to her treatment, which felt racially motivated

There should be a limit on all popular items to these resellers specially for these to resellers that go and sit by the entrance to the stock room in the back or even the shoe department. It’s disappointing to see store management give preference to these minions. And even hold items for them it has to stop it’s ridiculous

Come into the store to buy my daughter's outfit for school .She tried on a 2 pc outfit , prior to trying that on I had to remove the tie that connected the two . Not the tag , only the tie . So now I have a shirt and some overalls.Came to check out the cashier was looking to scan the overalls . I said the tag is on the shirt . She was saying it's odd that the tag doesn't say it's a 2 pc outfit.I said I had to remove the tag for her to try it on .She proceeded to leave to the dressing room to ask the attendant if the outfit was a 2 pc.Have you in mind the line was long and there was only 3 cashiers open.After she came back she said " oh she didn't say either way so okay"I said I don't need to lie and steal anything from this store . That was so rude and disrespectful to a customer. I called the manager and told them what happened . He apologized for her , but I've never been treated that way !!I won't be back to this location !

This is my favorite Marshall’s to go to. They’re always well stocked with items. Although, everytime I do go here, there is a lady that always sits at the store by the entrance or amongst the carts where employees are stocking— all day she’s there. As the other reviewer stated, she’s a reseller. I always hear her telling her stories to the employees about getting into arguments with other customers for stuff. I mean, I get it; I come here to buy stuff for myself or for gifts, but she’s there to buy stuff to resell for a higher mark-up. I would be upset as a customer, especially if the employees favor her and give her first dibs.She’s actually called out to me during one shopping trip, asking what item was in my hands. At the time, I thought she was just some random customer waiting for a friend & I was caught off guard, so I showed her. She should not be harassing customers in the store. Since I know who she is & what she’s there for, I avoid her now. I still like to come here cuz I always find cool things, but that reseller-lady is something that’s always annoyed me shopping here.

I like the selection that this Marshalls has but unfortunately, all of the viral TikTok especially hello kitty stuff is saved for this lady that's ALWAYS THERE I assume she's an employee or manager there. Seriously though, EVERY single time I go, I see this heavyset, short woman with long black hair that is ALWAYS sitting in the front entrance benches with her cart LOADED with all the hard to find hello kitty stuff. She will sit there for HOURS and I have even witnessed her walking straight to the stock room at opening time and the employees bring the stuff out to her from the back! I've seen her peaking through the stockroom window and looking at the stuff in there and calling employees over to bring the stuff out for her. It's infuriating and not fair for other customers. I always wonder how this lady spends so much time and money at this store and why does management allow her to do that all day constantly throughout the week. Pretty sure she's reselling some of this stuff. Corporate needs to know this.

If you’re looking for Hello Kitty stuff or anything in high demand do not go to this location. There’s a lady that sits by the shoe department right by the entrance and she’s there literally every single day. She’s a reseller and employees give her first dibs. Employees and Loss Prevention also like to sit around and chit chat with her, if she’s not talking to employees she’s being loud on the phone talking about customers. I’ve also seen her accuse people of stealing. Disgusting behavior. Besides the reseller the store is usually organized and the lines move quickly. Cashiers are always super friendly.
