We had a great experience with Mars Carpets & Flooring. We had been shopping for new flooring and were referred by a neighbor. The minute we met Katherine, we knew this was the right company to help us pick out the flooring we wanted. They even scheduled the install for days/times that worked for our timeframe. We will be working with them on all of our flooring needs in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you again Katherine for the fantastic customer service!

Overwhelmingly satisfied with my carpet and installation. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Kathrine is a delight and joy to work with. She ordered me the carpet I loved even though it wasn't on her showroom samples. She has a good eye and understood my design perfectly. Mike was an expert installer. Was prompt, friendly and methodical. He even went above and beyond and covered a little step I had with a remnant of my old carpet. The carpet looks gorgeous and I am just utterly thrilled. Money well spent. Highly recommend!

I posted a review on this company a year ago or so.Now my carpet looks worse than ever.The padding they used is Cheap even tho we paid for the BEST they had. I have rolls in my carpet. It looks horrible. I cry when I look at it! This is my home. I paid for a service that just was plain crooked.They came to my house a year ago to look at the premature lines, and said that is how it is made. LIELike I said now I have rolls in my very expensive carpet because of cheap padding!I now have to buy a rug to cover the horrible rolls in my horrible carpet. That is in my bedroom!I hate to see what happens to all the other rooms.DOWN with Mars Carpet!!!!!

Picked a new remnant at the warehouse in Redlands, set up the install and the next morning, done!I was lucky to get such a quick install. After having such a beautiful, no hassle installation, I’d wait weeks to have them install it. Truly great job and a seriously great deal.

Needed a quick single room carpet replacement. Picked out a new remnant at their warehouse, paid, scheduled and installed the next day. When I do the upstairs, I'll wait weeks to have them install again. Great job, great value and looks amazing.

Katherine was great! We had a small window to get my floors done, and Katherine handled it and exceeded expectations in organizing everything. Melvin also did an excellent job installing the floors. His team was clean and efficient. They finished ahead of schedule!

If there were more start to give, I would. I am so happy with the service and experience that I have had at Mars, from our initial visit to the final installation. Katherine was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Without her, we would still be walking around the store. The men who installed our floors were super respectful of our house, friendly and extremely hard working. From the time of our initial visit to ordering product to installation was about 3 weeks. There is no question I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you.

Finally a contractor that impressed us from start to finish. Cheryl was wonderful during the selection and sales process. Eric was great at the prep and letting us know some of the process. We replaced our tile with vinyl LUX planking. YAHOO no more grout care, cracked tiles and dry pockets. Took 1 fast week. Two days to demolish and rest to install. Jose and Dominic are father and son craftsmen. They were always on time neat and tidy every step of the way. We had several areas replaced and are very pleased we finally got it done and found Mars to do the work.
