I was told to order extra flooring and not to worry about the 90 day return policy. I informed him it could be a year or more and he said no problem. All they wanted was to make a sale. I had 7 extra boxes that I was told to buy and those are the ones wanted to return. The manage said he will not allow the return. I will find a new flooring store.

Their estimator did not take into account I was going from tall, plush carpet to LVP. The quarter round was not usable. I was charged for the product AND installation, even though it was not used. Same for caulk product 6 tubes. THEIR installer cracked/broke a plank right in the walkway SO OBVIOUS plus GOUGED another area, and LOTS of scratches. Have been diddle-doing over this with them since Nov 3rd! Their guy wanted to come out the week of Christmas and do a jerry-rigging fix...cut out bad plank, take tongue off new plank, then glue it into the empty space. WHAT?????? Complaint to California State Licensing Board is in process. I want my money back. I will go elsewhere. So disappointed with this rig-a-marole. I am just so sick and tired of shady/shoddy work contractors!

L.L. Flooring.We cannot say enough good things about L.L. flooring in Redlands and the installers Matt & Miguel. I was leery as they require full payment up front as well as a bad install/experience from the Rancho Cucamonga L.L. store years ago. The deciding factor is we couldn’t find a comparable flooring anywhere else and all the good reviews for this installer, helped us decide.Danielle at the L.L. store was very helpful in selecting the floor and keeping us informed.We chose to install hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms, halls and living room. Hardwood is very difficult to install, but Miguel and his assistant were very experienced in it. They handled several problem areas perfectly while keeping us informed each step. The fixed a previously squeaky second floor area and a tricky staircase threshold. We loved how they installed the 3” moulding!Be aware that installing tongue and groove hardwood is VERY noisy to install.Several times they noted and fixed issues in the install that we had not noticed, giving a lot of attention to getting the details correct.Much care was given to covering our furniture and sealing off other areas when the work got very dusty due to leveling the floor prior to installation.As with all projects, there were some shortages, and Danielle jumped on it to be sure we had the materials in time to finish the project on time.The Brazilian Cherry wood floor is gorgeous. Very much worth the extra expense and time to install.

Danielle is amazing and her company is lucky to have her with them! I worked LL in 2019 before the pandemic and needed matching flooring now in 2023. Danielle has gone out of her way to do extra work to help me find a product that will fit perfectly. She has been amazing and I give her 5 stars. If you are anywhere around the area, even an hour away like I am, go to LL Flooring Redlands. They have amazing products and even better customer service!

I am very happy with my new flooring! I needed to take out the carpet in our business reception area and decided to go with flooring. The manager Jesse was professional, helpful and thorough in guiding me. The install was as promised with no hitches and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!
