The parent company and the way they run things does not make life easier for their patrons or the local stores. We wasted 3 hours trying to order an appliance between time spent in this store (visited twice) and customer service/sales (5 lengthy calls where everyone pointed to everyone else). Apparently, they don't want our money, so we will take our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Bought a refrigerator and paid $50 to have the old unit removed but they did not take it. When I called Lowe's they said I had to bring it to the store and refused to refund my money

Just bought water heater on November and didn’t work twice, last month and last night. No help at all. They told me call manufacturer AO Smith’s and I called and waited. Don’t waste your time and money here seriously

Best home improvement store around. Employees are always willing to help.Update 09/08/23 - still best selection for home needs, clean store and helpful staff. It's a little farther than the Orange store, but worth a lil traffic and a few more miles.Update 02/11/24- still driving a little further for better selection and quality. And, still my favorite home improvement store.

Bought a Washer and Dryer 4 years ago from an older gentleman that has been there since store opened. Very good and knowledgeable. Have bought the extended warranty on other appliances over the years but never needed to use them until now. The warranty company they use is a terrible. 6 phone calls in 3 hours finally able to talk to someone from Singapore who spoke broken English at best. Scheduled a company from Moreno Valley to repair dryer. No show no call. Tried calling them several times no answer. Checked there Yelp reviews on line 40 negative reviews in last 4 month with a score of 1 star. Most would give them a Fat 0. So Don't buy and extended warranty. Do what I just did and called a highly rated appliance repair company that picked up phone on the first ring.

Ordered 3 small things online for pickup. When I was off 4 hours later, it still wasn’t ready. Even more infuriating, I had to receive separate verifications via separate phone calls to cancel each item individually. More trouble than it’s worth and I’m not keen to waste my time with Lowe’s services in the future.

Everyone was friendly and we had fun looking at all the Christmas items. Checked out the new plants for the season. I know it's January but seed's and plants are always needed.
