Lane Bryant in store shopping is not as nice as online. Customer service is great, but most of their clothing is outdated, in my opinion. I don't think most curvy women want to look frumpy or overly conservative. Wish they put more thought into how a cruvy body fits into clothing. They really could do so much better. I usually buy my stuff online because I only like their intimates. (Bras and panties) I give them a 3 because the things I have purchased from them are of good quality @ decent prices, especially during their sale events.

Placed an online order to have delivered here and shows delivered and yet they don't have it. So yeah i don't know what to think about that. If it saids delivered and shows the name of the employee who accepted it wheres the item? Not doing this again

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and found what I was looking for. The store staff were friendly and helpful. I also happy their had a 70 percent off sale that day...I purchased swimwear as well. I enjoyed my shopping and see they had a lot of spring time and summer wear throughout their store. I will definitely come back.

I purchased a gift card for my sister here, I tossed the receipt since I never had issues with gift cards. When my sister went to use her card , there was no funds . I used my phone number for point, so thankfully,the store clerk was able to retrieve my transaction number . But couldn't refund me. I called customer service , they said the store had to fix it by activating the card. The store employees would send me back to the customer service number because they couldn't do anything on their end. I spend 2+ hours on the phone trying to correct this . Aside from embarrassment and wasting my time . My issue was not resolved . They will "investigate " and get back to me in 2-3 DAYS! If this was an electronic mistake or an employee mistake, it should be resolved easier and faster . My time is money . So disappointed. Never going back to LB!

I always look forward to shopping at Lane Bryant. What I notice is from store to store, the employees are consistently polite, friendly & helpful. It is the employees who make my time at Lane Bryant worthwhile & enjoyable. This last visit, I arrived 15 minutes before closing & was quickly helped finding what I came there hoping to purchase. I was led to the correct area where I located what I needed. I sincerely appreciate the two women who were working that night & was happy to leave with the clothing I purchased.

This place had amazing costumer service, they went out out their way to find what we need. Thank you Miranda and Sydney amazing people they helped us find what we need. I would recommend to everyone to come if you have trouble finding your bra size or any bra. And they have unique, beautiful and multiple styles
