If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! Found a recliner and loveseat to buy. Was asking to see a swatch of the fabric since the loveseat was not in stock. Was asking when she would have a sample of the swatch for me to compare to the recliner. Not only could she not give me an estimated time, she became argumentative when I was trying to determine next step to buy the furniture. She was talking over me, and would not let me finish my question. She was also telling me that I was "not comprehending." Will not step foot in the store ever again.

Crooks. Went in for a piece of furniture and was trying to find a different color in their other stores. When we came back to buy The item they had raised the price by $60. This was in a time span of an hour and a half.

I won't even give them one star. They did a "bait and switch" today May 5. Item was on the floor in Redlands at $299 as a sale. Went back to the store to by it about an hour later and the price had increased by $60. They were rude and could care less about customer service. The store clerks got mean when we asked why they raised the price in an hours time. There was no time set for the sale to expire. One clerk flipped us the bird when we were getting into our car and kicked the side of our car. More will come of this.

Over all nice experience. Fair prices. Looked like the employees had a hard days with Karen’s demanding discounts and yelling at them for the prices. I think people forgot that employees are people too. I got mattress and probably going to stop and get a couch too later. Thanks.

Products are poorly made and cheap. They will not return or refund which is not mentioned by store personal. Very disappointed (Redlands location)

Horrible I bought 2 bedrooms sets first delivery was over 2 hours late and here we are waiting for the second delivery and there over 2 hours late again no call no apology simply rude mind you we paid extra for delivery and set up.

Great place!!! I have been looking for vanity’s for months now and all I found were vanities for $1900, which is way to pricey. I got a little cute for $599. I love it so much!!! What I love about the price is that it was for the vanity and mirror. When I was pricing around most stores sold the vanity and mirror separately. Thank you!!!

Great furniture store. Great prices. Friendly and helpful staff. They are not all pushy and annoying like other furniture stores. I bought 2 bedroom sets with mattresses, a kitchen table and a living room set all at a GREAT price. I will be going back soon!
