Was looking for a specific brand table and chairs. Internet search said Landeros carried it. They didn't, but the nice clerk took our info and said she would call us with whatever info she could get. As yet, weeks later, I haven't heard back. I'm not impressed with any of their furniture on display, but everyone has their own distinct tastes. For me, I won't be back and I can't really recommend them.

Horrible, the drawer constantly keeps coming off the track, it's plastic not metal and everything is wrapped up in the store so you can't see that in person and this hunk of junk cost me 600 dollars and it's not worth it because I constantly have to keep fighting with the drawers getting off the track and one day it will break because it's cheap plastic so buyer beware go to a reputable company and because I am so sorry I didn't do do that because now I'm going to have to spend more money to get a real dresser and not the fake plastic one I got and not to mention the unprofessional delivery guy who put a a giant scratch on my wall, it was a lot

If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! Found a recliner and loveseat to buy. Was asking to see a swatch of the fabric since the loveseat was not in stock. Was asking when she would have a sample of the swatch for me to compare to the recliner. Not only could she not give me an estimated time, she became argumentative when I was trying to determine next step to buy the furniture. She was talking over me, and would not let me finish my question. She was also telling me that I was "not comprehending." Will not step foot in the store ever again.

Crooks. Went in for a piece of furniture and was trying to find a different color in their other stores. When we came back to buy The item they had raised the price by $60. This was in a time span of an hour and a half.

I won't even give them one star. They did a "bait and switch" today May 5. Item was on the floor in Redlands at $299 as a sale. Went back to the store to by it about an hour later and the price had increased by $60. They were rude and could care less about customer service. The store clerks got mean when we asked why they raised the price in an hours time. There was no time set for the sale to expire. One clerk flipped us the bird when we were getting into our car and kicked the side of our car. More will come of this.

Over all nice experience. Fair prices. Looked like the employees had a hard days with Karen’s demanding discounts and yelling at them for the prices. I think people forgot that employees are people too. I got mattress and probably going to stop and get a couch too later. Thanks.

Products are poorly made and cheap. They will not return or refund which is not mentioned by store personal. Very disappointed (Redlands location)
