My husband and I are truly thankful for Ken Grody Redlands. A special thanks to our sales rep Rene Mancia and finance rep Joshua Guzman for their outstanding customer service. Rene guided us every step of the way, he was patient, honest and friendly! His focus was not on anything but our best interest!Josh was also sure to do everything he could to put us in the best position financially,being attentive to our needs, and very thorough when explaining the contract to us. We definitely feel these are two long time friendships God has placed in our lives! Thank you both ? God bless! We will definitely be referring this dealership to our family and friends!

SERVICE SUCKED !I have been trying to get a trailer brake issue resolved on my truck. So I took my truck to Ken Grody in Redlands. I asked to have my Trailer Relay Module firmware updated to rule out a software issue. They said they had to do a full diagnostic at $210. Needing this done anyway, I agreed. My first issue was when they said they needed my truck for another day. This was on a Friday which meant that I would not be getting my vehicle back until late Monday. Ok, I get this happens sometimes. But then on Monday I was told that the software was already up to date and that the problem was the OEM controller. Even after explaining that this was the second OEM controller NEW, they continued to blame the controller. Then when I picked up my truck, my invoice had ZERO diagnostic summary. Just a cost of repair, which I declined. When I got the truck home, I hooked it up to Forscan and noticed that the firmware was NOT updated at all.I believe the tech never looked at my truck nor did a diagnostic.The only good thing that came out of this experience, was that I got a refund... after trying for a week and being told the accountant wasn't in and wouldn't be in for a couple days. They did try to fix the problem by ordering the part that the tech believed was the problem, but they couldn't get that right. A week later I just decided to take the truck somewhere else... Fritts Ford in Riverside. A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE !

I want to recognize a Ken Grody Employee (Baltazar GONZALEZ) who went above and beyond in assisting me. My 2014 Ford Focus broke down on I-10 near Cabazon Outlet Mall and when I pulled onto emergency shoulder the car stopped running and I could not get it restarted. I called for a tow truck that took 4 hours to show up. The tow truck driver had no apologies for promising a 90 minute arrival that turned into 4 hours. When the tow truck arrived (after hours) at the Ken Grody Ford the tow truck driver refused to leave the car in the overnight service line as requested and when I asked that he charge the battery so I could roll up the windows he told me it was not his problem and to talk to Ford employee. When I told him they were already closed he just got into his truck and left. Baltazar, who was leaving for the night overheard the conversation I was having with tow truck driver and said he would help me. He re-open the doors and brought out a battery charger to get my windows rolled up. He then assisted me in filling out the OverNight Drop Off paperwork and offered to put it on the Service Department Managers desk with a message about where the car was parked so it could be located the next morning. After what I had gone through with the tow truck driver it was a god send that Baltazar was there and willing to help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Top notch to Ken Grody.... Service manager Trever always makes sure that your stress level is down, listens to what's the vehicle major concerns and has never let me or my family down... Trever also has an awesome team of Service writers always polite and willing to listen.Branch manager Chad always smiling and makes sure that he takes time to ask how your recent purchase is doing or any concerns. Chad has well trained vehicle sales staff.Hats off to Parts manager Aaron to make sure that he took his extra and professional task to find the hard parts we needed with no stress.Quick lane staff, Christian, Matt, and Kevin always on the move getting the cars in and out, but we that can't happen without the hard working crew they have in the back getting all vehicle needs done correctly... I have a ford focus se 2013 the car is nice looking but the engine makes a weird noise, I already googled it and YouTubed it those cars naturally have a sluggish sound but they could reach up to 150k-200k miles if you do the maintenance on it every time.

This place is absolutely horrible. You park your car in the designated service area and hope someone provides instructions on what to do. After waiting for acknowledgment, I leave my truck and enter the service department where I’m looking at three service agents talking to each other ignoring me as I stand and wait for somebody to acknowledge me. I’m standing right there in front of them as they carry on without any concern for a customer standing in front of them. Finally after they pick up on my stare one of the agents ask if they can help me, in a manner that lets me know I’m disrupting their conversation. I made an appointment to have my drivers side mirror replaced. They quoted me two hours. I sat in the waiting room and happened to walk outside after 30 minutes seeing my truck parked with the mirror complete. I’m excited it took a small amount of time and wait for them to call me. Another 30 minutes goes by and I decide to walk back and ask what’s going on. I was told by an agent that my agent was on lunch. I had to insist he get my truck and he proceeds to say how they should be wrapping up soon, as if I didn’t already know my truck was done 30 minutes ago. He presents me the bill for $350 or two labor hours. I asked them to correct the bill and they said that they. Harve the “book hours”. So even though they only spent 30 minutes of labor, I was to pay for two hours. Can you believe this dishonest and shady practice of completely gouging customers. This place is terrible. Horrible. They are another reason people hate going to the dealership. Just terrible.
