Acura MDX AC failed in 105F heat. Acura dealer estimate was insanely high & parts were unavailable. Friend recommended Kellems as honest & reliable shop. Glad he did. Work was done promptly & on estimate, which was much lower than dealer. Parts were expensive so Elias (owner) rebuilt AC compressor himself. Impressive. Family run business. Blue (front desk) was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive & helpful. Highly recommended.

Want to start off by saying Kellems is now my go to for anything automotive. I'm skeptical about trying a new shop and picked this place on their high reviews. It starts at the front desk speaking with Blue. She said the business is open, honest and transparent and set me at ease. I went in on 06/19/24 to get my AC looked at and possibly fixed ( depending on price) and told them I had someone diagnose the problem prior to coming in. They called me shortly after dropping it off and confirmed my diagnosis was correct. They fixed it and it's still working, blowing cold air. The price, service and staff were all excellent and I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. I highly recommend Kellems automotive, thank you guys!!!

I was on my way out of state with 2 kids and my engine light came on. I had gone to two other shops asking for help and none could help. I tried Kellems and they were SO KIND, and SO HELPFUL. They were able to fix my issue within hours so that I could safely get back on the road. We thought our trip was ruined but Kellems saved the day. My kids and I had to wait in the lobby while work was being done; we felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed the entire time. Highly recommend! Thank you Kellems!
